While the office staff here is mostly friendly and as informative as possible, they mess up. A lot. I have been in 3 different times. Each time the Nurse was fantastic. However, when talking to the doctor's they are rude and would not work with me very much.

On my first visit Dr. Gambil changed my confirmed working meds to a completely different one with particularly nasty side effects. They also messed up the bill and sent me a seperate, much larger bill a week later.

My second visit was an urgent care. I received tests to determine what it was. While I was leaving I set up a follow up to receive the test results and to pay. Initially they charged me a low amount but the staff next to receptionist I was talking too snapped at her and told her to charge me significantly more.

My third visit was a follow up on the first two. I did not receive my test results despite asking, and the doctor very hesitantly gave me 10 of my previous medication, instead of a normal month supply. Would not provide me a refill of my other medication that I need to function normally, and called my previous doctor "a dipshit" for prescribing it to me.

I, Shirley Tinney, was injured, slipping off cab of semi tractor, NP named John told me an MRI would be ordered for me, I wait for call, I get call from imaging in Roseburg and told only a mammogram ordered which I didn't ask for or need. I call Clinic to find out if MRI had been ordered only to recieve big run around from phone receptionist, she puts me on hold three times to go check, then she says John denies telling me an MRI was to be ordered! My husband Karl was with me during my medical visit and is witness to what John said to both of us. While on phone I asked if John would order the needed MRI, she says No, he doesn't recommend one. I always pay full cash amount for my visits at this health clinic, I will not ever return for any further care here, nor would I refer anyone else unless they enjoy being lied to and treated like garbage. I work very hard as a long haul truck driver and my health is very important and as many truckers know that a driver has hard time getting off truck for appointments! My time is also very valuable and wasting my precious time and money on this low standard of care and bad courtesy toward a patient will not be...

This review does not reflect the front desk workers or the lab. Only the male doctor who didn’t share his name with me. Everyone else involved was very polite and helpful.

Went here with honest questions and concerns about my mental health, all the doctor asked me is “have you ever used meth?” Why would you ask that? No I have never used meth.

Then followed up with “I am not writing you a prescription for a controlled substance on an urgent care visit” I am not looking for a prescription from an urgent care visit. I am looking for answers and help deciding the best option for me.

Don’t go here unless you absolutely have to. These doctors will decide for you if your issue is urgent or not. Probably to save their own skin.
