Subway — Restaurant in Canyonville

We patronized this restaurant There were several people in line. It took us about 45 minutes to get our food. There was only one person working in the entire restaurant. The employee had only been working a short time and ran our gift card and said that there was no money on it. when we know there was. So we ended up having to pay out of pocket.He probably didn't know how to run q gift card. And, there was no toilet paper in the whole restaurant and another customer went to the market and bought some, and went into the restroom and filled it up! I was NOT the employee's fault! If I were that employee I would have QUIT right then! That employee deserves Kudos. Is that Subway's policy to have one employee run the whole restaurant? It seems like everytime I go into a Subway, there is always one rude staff member, followed up by another staff member who is trying to make up for the rude staff member, akin to a good cop bad cop scenario. There's only been one time in my life where I received a sandwich that somewhat resembled something you would see on a commercial, but usually it's just soggy bread and parsley fresh vegetables. If you're on the road and need something that isn't going to mess you up like other fast-food will, then I would recommend Subway but other than that go to any other local sandwich shop. Denessa is truly damaging this subways reputation. It doesn't matter who you are if your an inconvenience to her in anyway...you'll definitely know about it.
