Do not purchase tiles online from this company. They sent me broken tiles TWICE and stopped answering my calls and emails after I received the replacement tiles which were all broken. I had to go through Amazon to get my money back after they started dodging my calls and emails.
They shipped $400 worth of DumaWall tiles without any padding, protection, or even a box. They just slapped a shipping label on the tiles and sent them through. They (obviously) arrived shattered. Who puts a label on a package of tiles and sends it through the postal service?
They offered to ship new tiles and promised they would be packaged better. The second order arrived in a cardboard box that had been taped over like an envelope. No padding, no protection, no space between the tiles and the box. They (obviously) arrived shattered again.
I was able to get the tiles I needed through DumaWall after I explained the situation to them. The tiles arrived from Dumawall in perfect condition. All it took was a little bit of foam around the edges of the tile.
Also - The same number of tiles ordered from Dumawall was almost $100 cheaper than the ones from this company. You would think they would package the tiles well after price gouging you for $100.
Save yourself the time and stress and order the tiles somewhere else. My bathroom remodeling project was delayed over a month because this company could not put some foam in a box with tiles. I did not want to leave a bad review, but after they stopped answering my calls, I felt I had no choice. I would not order anything from this company, especially not anything...
Read more9/24 I bought an item at walmart amazon but it went third party to southfork. When it arrived, it was the wrong part. I checked my receipt and sometime between my shopping cart click and the final click, i must have clicked on something that changed the part number and i didn't notice. I contacted the manufacturer to see if the part number was superseded and they said no, they were not interchangeable. 10/1 I tried to return it to Walmart and they tried three different computers but the return couldn't go thru as it was supposed to. Walmart suggested i come back another day (said the system was down and finicky). I went home and called the walmart amazon for an alternative bc i had already wasted TOO MUCH time on this $14.50 purchase/return. Walmart said it had been handled. 10/11 nothing had happened so I contacted walmart amazon again. They apologized and contacted Southfork again. Within two hours i received an email from southfork to which i responded immediately. 10/27 I googled southfork and called to see what was going on. They emailed me return instructions. Now they want me to pay for shipping WITH insurance, tracking AND a restocking fee. That will surely exceed the original cost. How absurd! I am disgusted and hope to never shop walmart, amazon or SOUTHFORK...

Upon receipt, and placing into service???, the units WOULD NOT display correct temperatures, and varied by 3-5 degrees! Contact with the supplier for return, and received a return message of numerous ridiculous (non-customer support) reasons WHY such COULD NOT be returned. Terrible/lousy...
