Wish I could give 0 stars. I have had multiple encounters with this pharmacy where they are extremely rude. The first one I was in line in the drive thru for over 10 mins and when I finally got to the window it was one minute until closing. I had 3 RXs to fill for two different people, and I told them that at the beginning. After filling for one person they closed the curtains on me, and told me next time to tell them at the beginning I had more than one medication to fill. The second happened occurrence happened today. They switched my daughter's epilepsy medication brand without asking and stated they couldn't get the old brand. Knoxville Medicap was willing to go above and beyond to get it directly from the manufacturer because my daughter spits out the new manufacture's. It is a different color, consistency, and taste. The lady on the phone refused to let me speak to the pharmacist (stating she was with another customer but I could hear her telling her what to say in the background) and was very rude and short with me. I will never return. They need to learn customer service, proper phone etiquette, and quit letting a pharmacy tech manage customers when they request to speak to...

This place is the most judgmental pharmacy ever. My son needs medication for his severe ADHD and he always gets the same medication, it’s a liquid because my son refuses to chew the chewable pills. His doctor fills it out the same every time and every time she has an issue with it. Even his doctors office says she’s not a real pharmacist if she can’t figure it out. She’s always rude and short with me every time I try to fill his prescription. Based off of her attitude, you can tell she doesn’t approve of medicating children which is none of her concern. I’m very disgusted with her attitude and demeanor, everyone else at the pharmacy is very sweet and doesn’t treat me horribly. I transferred to this pjapharm because of the fact that they are the only pharmacy close to my home. I was more than a little worried about switching given the relationships I had built with the pharmacy I used before. My concerns were for nothing. Pamela is amazing. She is patient and thorough. While one of the technicians is less than kind, Pamela's care for me and my family more than makes up for it. I trust this pharmacy entirely. They are also quick when requested and consistently communicate problems quickly so that they can be resolved. The fact that they know me and my family all by name makes me feel so much more comfortable than going to a bigger chain pharmacy where you are just one of the hundreds of prescriptions...
