This company is a joke. Itās too bad zero stars arenāt an option, because they donāt even deserve 1. After placing an order for my childās jerseys on August 1st (with the soccer season beginning in early September) I was very disappointed that the jerseys had still not shipped by the first game. But okay, things happen and shipments get delayed, right? Totally understandable. By October 3rd we had already had four games with no jersey. At this point it had already been 2 months since I had originally placed the order for the jerseys, which had still not been shipped with the order still saying it was being āprocessedā. I reached out to Capelliās customer support on this day to cancel the order and begin processing a refund as at this point, we were already halfway through the season. They responded October 7th saying that they were working with the fulfillment center to get it shipped. After more back and forth of trying to get the order shipped, and constantly being told that it would be shipped out āsoonā from October 7th-November 3rd, we were told that the order would be shipped āon or around November 10thā. Our season ended November 4th. In the last email I had received before they were shipped, the customer service representative informed me āonce you receive the order, please reject the package so USPS may return it back to us. Once the package is returned, we will be able to refund your original orderā. Now that I have actually received the package and have reached out to customer service yet again, I am being told that the jerseys cannot be returned as they are āpersonalized with numbersā, something that was never relayed to me previously. Therefore, my $75 that was spent on jerseys that were not received until almost 3 weeks after the season had ended is COMPLETELY wasted as this joke of a company refuses a refund. After speaking with other parents AND coaches, it is extremely clear that this company is notorious for having issues such as we have had. Any leagues working with this company should seriously consider cutting all ties with them, and I would advise anyone considering to work with them to run. They are a money driven company with no sympathy for their customers...

This company has not been able to fullfill most of our order (I think they shipped socks in a few weeks) but jerseys, goalie jerseys, shorts, etc have been on backorder for more than 120 day. 6 different emails to customer service that only partially answered the question always using COVID as the excuse. Where her teamates received the same non-goalie items within days.
This company has major customer service personnel and systems issues.
At this point we wont have most of the items until after the season ends.
God forbid you ask for a live person to call you and explain the status. The front desk receptionist is trained to only take phone numbers and not transfer you to customer service.
The lastest status is a customer service email claiming items shipped yesterday in the afternoon, but the USPS shipping labels were not printed until hours later and the item isnt in the USPS possession as of the next day. The truth will come out if they shipped or not.

We purchased a uniform kit for my son at the end of June 2024, expecting it to arrive in time for the soccer season. Unfortunately, it didnāt arrive until two weeks after the season had already ended.
Multiple emails were sentānot just by me, but also by my sonās coach and the club directorārequesting that the order be canceled and refunded, since the season was over and my son, a senior, would no longer need the kit. Despite our repeated and clear communication, the company went ahead and shipped the uniforms anyway at the end of November.
To make matters worse, their customer service was rude and completely unhelpful. They refused to accept a return, even though we had made every effort to stop the order beforehand.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I will never purchase from them again, and I strongly discourage anyone else from doing so. This is not how you treat customersāespecially families supporting their kids in...
