The designer Kim is so kind and helpful! She took time to answer our questions about how to turn multiple jewelry pieces into one very sentimental ring. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the piece she helped create. Kim is knowledgeable and experienced in her craft, we will absolutely go back for any other needs.

On a side note, I wandered in on a whim to sell a few random gold pieces I found in the bottom of my jewelry cabinet. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the store is beautiful, items are nicely displayed and the cash transaction for the gold was simple and fair.

Prices are quite acceptable; payout for precious metals is easy, based on spot less the usual fee charged by all exchanges (no taxes, etc.) and you have a choice of cash or check, probably depending on amount you bring in.
