Sabor Café — Restaurant in Carrollton

I have a broken leg. I asked my wife to go in so I don't have to leave the vehicle. My wife doesn't speak Spanish but she knows how to order a pan con bistec. The only thing I asked was no mayo as different Cuban restaurants from Miami to wherever have their own thing.

Anyways. How does saying No mayo mean nothing on the sandwich. I pretty much got ripped off here. Now I'm 30 mins away and I'm definitely not making a trip back to fix things.
