BEWARE, this company will not return your money or out of stock order! I am a business owner and placed an order with this company, when I placed the order, EVERYTHING, that I picked STATED it was in STOCK. It wasn't until the package arrived that we found out that some items were missing and broken. It STATES that customers MUST call within 5 days, well this business called within the grace period. I informed the company that I had a broken mug and that I was missing two additional mugs. The woman asked for the information, and CREDITED, the broken mug (to be used for another order) I asked, when were they going to ship the mugs that was not shipped? I was told that the mugs were back in stock and that I could re-order the mugs (SMH). I told her that the mugs were NEEDED for an order that needed to be process and why didn't someone call from this location to inform the business that the mugs were not in stock? When I place the order, it STATED the mugs were in stock and the ONLY answer I received was that I could place another order, in order to get the mugs (SMH, again), that means, I'm suppose to have to place another over $100.00 order in order to receive an item that I original order. This company practice is unfair, and should live up to when they are wrong. The woman should have said, I'm sorry that the items were missing, would you like to re-order the mugs? I would have gladly re-order the mugs, but why does a business have to re-order another large order to receive an item that should have been shipped the 1st time? Kelli's policy is $100.00 minimum order without exception, and telling from other reviews this includes when replacing incorrect or broken items, a truly shocking policy. So just to find out their product is too big, too heavy or poor quality I'd have to spend $100, insanity!
