My items did not ring up the correct price. I brought it to the night managers attention and she went above and beyond and helped me resolve the issue. She didn’t just fix the price to what it should be. She explained it to me and there was an error on my app. She showed me the problem, corrected it so it wouldn’t happen again and refunded the money that was over charged. She was very professional, courteous, and very nice! You can tell she does her job well and I really appreciated her making me feel appreciated as a customer and not making me feel stupid or blaming me, even though it was my fault the error happened! Thank you...

Not in a polite manner, but an accusatory "what are you doing" after trying to explain she continued her rude behavior. Screw you Krogers, if this is your loss prevention method I hope...
