Subway — Restaurant in Contiguous United States

Don’t believe their hours the signs all say 8am but I went up there at 10:30 two girls were there both stared at me then promptly turned around and ignored me. They didn’t even have the decency to open the window and say we are closed. So no matter what the hours say don’t believe it when they’re open. I’ll not be going back here for a good while maybe the employees will be trained properly by then. The rudeness of being looked at multiple times and promptly turned on and ignored is absolutely ridiculous and childish. Whoever runs this store needs to teach their employees what it means to work in customer service and that the very least they can do is come to the window and say that the hours are wrong and inform the customer what time they actually open. Rather then look at me multiple times look at each other talk about me then...

Not the greatest experience!!. I came to buy a salad, ordered a rotisserie chicken salad. Took my order on drive thru. When I got to the hotel, I noticed that there was no chicken in my salad. Looked at the receipt to see if I had been charged for it, thinking that maybe the girl forgot to add chicken to my order. I was charged and I didn’t get the chicken that I paid for. So I called subway and told the lady my situation and she told me to go back, that she was going to fix it. I got back to subway, told the lady about my order and she started moving the salad with the fork looking for any signs or traces of chicken, like if I had ate the chicken and wanted more. Store was very clean, food all looked fresh, they didn't try rushing us because we took forever trying to figure out what we wanted to eat lol..and they actually had ITALIAN HERB CHEESE BREAD! We've literally not seen one Subway have this bread in probably 2 years. The food was put together very well, except the Mayo was poured on last. That's prob my fault because I should've had them put it on 1st but it was at the very end. It was swimming in mayo and I could barely eat it without it pouring out everything else in my sandwich.
