Taco Bell — Restaurant in Carrollton

I literally never complain about anything. I’m the most chill person in the world, but I pulled up to Taco Bell in Carrollton Kentucky at 11:43 PM and all I wanted was two burritos and they told me they could only take my order through the app so I pulled up my app and I started to make my order which would’ve only taken two seconds and they told me I could not do that. I needed to go to the parking lot to give my order so I asked to talk to a manager and the manager reiterated that I had to go to the parking lot to place this order that would only take me two seconds. It was just for me. It was two burritos and so I left. They didn’t get my money. They didn’t get my order and I go to Taco Bell at least three or four times a week it’s my favorite place to go, but I will never go to the one in Carrollton again ever They should really work on their customer service. I work in a restaurant and I would never ever talk to somebody the way...

The steak chalupa has barely any meat, for 5 dollars. The chicken quesadilla barely has any chicken for 6 dollars. What a mistake coming to Taco Bell with high hopes. I walked in and the people working here barely put meat on my food. Oh when another clear skinned individual walks in they get the meat necessary. Wow, what injustice. Spending 20 dollars here at Taco Bell. People be aware that while preparing your food they do not change gloves often. The people that work here are mopping around, no tea, only soda water. The guy at the register was great. AsI say be carefull for unethical and racist individuals who cheat you for Thier own power of will. If you disapprove of anyone's attitude, let it be known on here or any comment to protect others money until the problem...

The employees working there today are rude, hateful and disrespectful. A 90 year old veteran asks for a cup of water to take his medicine and they tell him he needs order a cup off a computer and pay for it that it’s not their problem, then me and my husband are standing there for 15 minutes waiting on someone to come talk to us and take a order and a lady yells I need to order off the computer but all I have is cash I didn’t have a card to pay at the kiosk so she looks at my husband and says then go threw the drive threw, we can’t do that either because we have a 2000 pound trailer being pulled behind our truck and can’t make the turns, worst place and worst people I’ve ever been to they will sit in there butt and yell at you before...
