Bristol Farms management is shooting themselves in the foot. You have all the ingredients for success and yet you're screwing things up.
Every Bristol Farms location has a unique vibe, but none is as special as the Bristol Farms in Palos Verdes. Unlike the other BF markets, which are like giant Mega Marts, this one is a smaller, upscale experience. Think "Cheers" where everybody knows your name and takes good care of you.
Bristol Farms Corporate is ruining that with impulsive, ill-informed decision making. For years they have had very talented people working in their PV meat department (the heart of the market if you ask me). However, recently there have been a lot of unnecessary changes and shake ups.

What ever happened to companies treating good employees well and rewarding...

So rude, especially the younger and middle aged staff behind the meat and seafood counters. They hand me my seafood in a plastic bag without paper wrapping and roll their eyes and huff and puff when they have to actually work and do their job. They tell customers to wait while they chat and laugh in a circle with their backs turned to customers and even aggressively shrug their shoulders. It’s so disgusting. I am shocked at the fact that management allows this behavior and attitude into their store. It’s been going on for several months if not longer. I don't know who you made manager but it's turning into a "family" environment if you catch my drift. Soon it will be like an LA nursing home .... all staff look the same and are either friends or related and share the same culture. It makes for a toxic work environment AND the manager deletes negative reviews off...
