Yellow Basket — Restaurant in Carson

I ordered two burgers and they got the two patties from a silver contauner, put them on the grill for 20 seconds and they tried to give them to me. I had to ask them to cook my buger with fresh patties. They said they were because they did not think I was watching. They put the old patties back in that silver container and put freshpatties on the grill for me. A new customer came in and they looked at me as I pretended to be looking at my phone and they took the patties out of that silver container again and tried to give them to the customer who was not paying attention. I let the customer know what happened. My food was now ready, but they lied and said the patties were fresh. I told the customer they just did it to me and I saw them take the patties out of the silver container. They tried to argue, then I asked them to show us what is in that silver container and they got mad and would not do it The customer thanked me and left out of that location with me. I will never go there again. Horrible practices, bad employees. If I could give this location zero...

Typically I enjoy this yellow baskets quick, efficient service and good food, but today I did not have that experience. It took 15minutes to get through the drive thru with only one car in front of me. When I pulled up to the window, no one greeted me to collect my pay and I watched at 5 employees walked around the grill including the drive thru person filling orders. I tried several times to make eye contact so that someone could finish my transaction, but no one came. When the drive thru person finally came, she was unapologetic about the wait, took my card and then took another 2-3 minutes to fill my order- one large chili cheese fries. When I arrived home, while the order was right, the fries were mostly super soggy, either undercooked or sitting a long time. It was a disappointment and unfortunately I didn't enjoy the meal as much as I was hoping. I know it can be busy, but I hoped for better...

First time here….burger cravings and onion rings…just wait OMG these are double battered onion rings super yummy crispy..crunchy and delicious…my cheese burger was super good delicious thousand island dressing lots of avocado and bacon with cheese diced onions and lettuce and tomatoes were all very fresh…loved it will be my new place whenever in mood for Onion rings and burgers saw they have a huge selection of other items to try and was told their steak sandwiches is delicious here too their Shakes look very tempting to try…next time for sure!! Alma helped me out at drive through and she was a delightful person to chat with..if you’re in this area of Carson come try their delicious food and more strictly Covid regulations are followed and social distancing in their indoor dining…I ate in my car and this customer was very satisfied with the huge portions enough for later...
