I had been to the "El Fresco Farms market" a few times, but I had never been treated badly š¢ and humiliated due to my service dog. Previously, I reviewed the market on Google Review before & I gave them 5 stars reviews. After the incident happened from the market, I deleted my review from Google Review. I believe that when you run a good business, you have to respect the customer's needs. Even though your business has good products, if you don't treat your customers with respect, how can you succeed in your business? Especially if you don't believe your customers & understand his or her needs. Also, El Fresco Farms's manager didn't know about the law of Service Dog. I have a service dog, and I always take my dog wherever I go. I never had any problems when I went to any markets. Especially, Walmart, they treated me & my service dog with respect and kindness. Anyway, one day, I went to the El Fresco Farms market. The security guard & the market manager refused to let me shop at their market due to my service dog being the "DOG" not as the "SERVICE DOG.""""" I showed my dog's " service dog's ID card." and I explained to the manager that my dog is a trained service dog. They still refused to let me inter their market. I was so humiliated and disappointed at their management. How can they mistreated me & my service dog? I had reviewed so many business and I have never been writing negative reviews. This review is not about the personal matters or my opinion about the market. I had been to the market before, and they do offer the good products, but their treatment toward the Service Dog? I would like everyone to understand that how business can be successful if you don't follow the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could give this market 10 stars. Hands down, I would. They deserve that, then some! The store is super clean. Well stocked. The fruit and vegetables are fresh. They're not shipped in from an outside supplier. They are actually grown on their own farm and shipped directly to the store. There is a vast selection of freshly cut meat. Ox tails, steak, ribs, ground beef, and ceviche. You name it, they have it. All freshly cut. If all of that doesn't impress you. The customer service will have you coming back for that solely alone. It's not every day you meet people who truly enjoy their job. I can honestly say that not one employee seemed to be "just doing a job." Their professionalism, helpfulness, and the fact that they all went out of their way to stop and make small talk and ask how your day was going. Spoke volumes to me. You never know what a person is going thru. However, they truly made you feel like they cared. My mom is 83 years old. They made her feel comfortable shopping at their store. Everything about El Fresco Farms is what I look for in a grocery store. Job well done!! They even have armed security (sad as it sounds. It's needed nowadays). Special thanks to Mike, Bryan, Ryan, and Brandon. You are all the best...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI love this market, all the employees are very welcoming and friendly. They actually greet you and ask you if you need any assistance. That's so rare now and days. The customer service is above and beyond. I shop here weekly and it's the same results every time. The store is very clean and organized. They have most groceries that you would find anywhere else, and also specialty items.
The meat counter people are very attentive and the asada is well marinated. I prefer it over La Venadita. It's higher quality for sure. The taste is subjective to each their own. Most, if not all the beef they sell their is choice grade.
The fruits and veggies have always been fresh as far as I could see. They aren't "on their way out". The prices are low or competitive to surrounding grocery stores.
The check out is quick, they always have extra cashiers available if needed.
I am a repeat customer, this is based on at least 10 visits or more....
