I bought a chargable desk lamp..took it home...no plug inside package...took it back...the gurl at the register was very rude...i had the reciept...still wouldn't give me plug...she told me I would have to come back tomro when owner was there...so he could look at the tape to see when i purchased the lamp...AND I should of asked for plug at time of purchase...how did I know...apparently there is a sign to ask for plug...very small sign...i have NEVER AND NEVER WILL SHOP AT SUCH A STORE AS DOLLAR USA AGAIN...if u have to take part of the product out before u buy it...MUST BE A WHOLE LOT OF THIEVES IN N OUT OF THERE....NOW FOR THREE DAYS I HAVE TO COME TO THIS STORE FOR 5.99??????REALLY....THE STORE EMPLOYEE WOULD NOT GIVE ME CORPORATES NUMBER OR HER NAME....VERY FRUSTRATING...I GUESS THE BUSINESS IS DOING EXCEPTIONALLY WELL TO TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT..OH WELL LESSON LEARNED...LOW BUDGET STORE...LOW BUDGET...

This store carries a lot of household products, school supplies, drinks... Snacks, you name it. It's worth going when I need items for the house. My Mom shops there as, well not anymore. She told me the Hispanic over weight cashier lady was very rude to her the other day. My Mom asked the lady something 2 times, to verify she heard correctly since her hearing isn't 100%, I mean she's 75!! Anyways, that cashier talked s* in Spanish to other cashier, and my mom responds back in Spanish, saying I know what you said I speak Spanish too! Bendeja smh. Omg I go in this store probably once every other week and it’s the same’ol thing with the miserable never smiling unhappy Cashier lady all the time, there are 2 of them but it’s the heavier set one that is very rude and mean every single time. Every time I go in there she mean mugs. And when checking out she acts as if I’m inconveniencing her. Oh and not to mention a time I was just singing along to the music they play in the store, she asks me with an attitude “why am i singing”…. She needs to find a job where she is going to be happy, I will never shop here ever again until she’s gone… mean...
