Like this, A legit Taco spot with FRESH REAL Squeezed Fruits and Juices. What more can you ask for?? I mean really.. The meat is on a level of great taste and fresh cooked to order. I always get the Cabeza taco, but sometimes I indulge in a Cabeza meat loaded fries. I mean loaded with extra chile, salsa, crema, cilantro, onion, salsa verde, just piled high. Im hungry again just thinking about it.
Kids love the fresh juices and quesadillas.
The service has been great everytime I go. I don't check in often because its a place I like to keep on the DL from other yelpers making this place go ballistic. But I have to give them praise when praise is due and after the two years of great food and service, I shall do my praise.
Price is on point with any other Taco spot in LA.
Plenty of parking in the huge plaza.
A salsa bar without discrimination so load up responsibly ;)
FYI. not your typical dirty taco spot. This is a legit CLEAN and Fresh but straight up street style tacos how it's supposed to be without the added possible runs afterwards. Guaranteed!
Give them a try you wont be dissapointed and if you are, they will gladly change it to anything you like.
Ok i'm hungry now.... see...
Read moreI've been wanting to come here for a while but never did until my wife and I left the junkyard that's in the area. The place is actually smaller than you see on pictures. The dude at the counter was very courteous, even let us sample a fountain drink. ●The agus from the fountain are great. Taste just about the same as you would make it at home. I had watermelon and my wife had strawberry-lemonade both were very good. The strawberry-lemonade had a nice tart citrus kick.. the watermelon was sweet and smooth like jazz. ●Stacked Mulita-$6.00 of carne asada and cheese. Wasn't that bad. Tortilla, meat, cheese, tortilla, meat, cheese and tortilla.Very oily, the carne asada was pretty shredded so it was easy to chew. Its decently stacked, quite filling but wish it was like $4.00. ●The wet burrito $7 or $8.00 of Carnitas (pork) I gotta say the burrito didn't have much meat in it, it also had beans and rice which I like but it just didn't have enough meat. Taste like the meat was also a little dried. I haven't tried the tacos which I will sometime but for now the better tasting choices are the Mulita and...
Read moreUpdate (5 to 4 stars): A lot has changed, they no longer have lengua, prices have also gone up, some items more than others. Might not be worth it for me to make the trip anymore, it's still good though, so if you're local definitely worth. A good change is that jalapeno poppers include fries now.
I also got to try their asada fries. They use seasoned fries. Before the change, it was really good, but could have used more sour cream. After the change, it was still good, just not as great as it was, and I believe it costs $3 more. They do use sliced avocados now though, but I actually preferred the avocado sauce they used before.
Mulitas are good and surprisingly filling.
Parking is sufficient. Seating can be a little tricky during meal hours. They have (had?) Taco...
