Probably one of the worst managed Home depot's. Do you know why you can't find anyone to help you? Because the store manager understaffs on purpose to give her friends(other managers and leads) more hours. Do you know why when you ask a question, the associate has to look for another associate to help answer it? Because, the store manager hires new people, doesn't train them, throws them in different departments and demands other associates to train them as they go, all while trying to do thier own job in a timely matter. Which is impossible since she(the store manager ) makes you work a different department every day, even ones you know nothing about, because she's understaffed, and hiring more staff is less of a bonus for her and her friends. Do you know why the store is so dirty and digusting and Dusty???? Because, she demands you only clean what will be inspected by upper management. She knows ahead of time what will be shopped and inspected, and on that day you are worked to death trying to make it presentable to her boss, and when and if she passes, she proudly takes all the credit and reminds you that you don't deserve credit, "this is your job". Do you know why you can never find a manager ? Because as a store manager she promotes most of her friends, asst. Managers, leads, all part of her circle, dont believe me, checkout thier social medias, because of this, they take extra long lunches, or go home or go run errands for hours, or leave early to go out, they all cover for each other, and defend each other when you confront one about help or the lack of professionalism. Home depot's has meeetings called "town halls" where employees can voice thier complaints and concerns about work, but you have to get permission from your store manager to attend, and she never picks anyone but the same 4 friends, who are part of management, she has working with her. Why? Because they make everything sound peachy when asked about issues. She won't let anyone know her dirty secret, if you complain or ask to talk to her manager, you get hours taken away, write ups, or sent to hard labor departments so you'll learn to not cross her next time. She gives you two options, her way or the highway. She gets away with this because employees are too afraid to speak up, and her friends have it too good. When you call to speak to human resources, or any other upper management, they blame you, "since the problem starts from the bottom", then they inform the store manager of your complaint, and the next week when you only have 5 hours on your schedule or worst, fired for some made up reason, it was all because you spoke up. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorst experience ever I literally waited over an hour and asked three people for help with getting down some hardwood floor from the top of the racks and no one would help so I finally gave up and instead I grabbed one of those yellow stairs that you guys have laying around I climbed up on it and brought down my own wood and loaded it into my cart with the help of my 11 and 8 year old son. The only most helpful person was the cashier at the self-checkout she was very nice to me and was actually able to get somebody to help me load my things into my truck I usually always go to the store in the city of Compton on Alameda and Greenleaf great customer service there, but since they did not have what I wanted there I had to drive all the way to Carson thinking it would be a better place to shop at. never would I ever go back there again even if I had to.. got out with a little back pain and a couple scratches on my arm but I Will Survive LOL by the way the two guys at the self service or customer service area that I ask for help said they weren't allowed to help so they kept calling somebody else to go to the flooring Department I can't believe that me being a 125 pounds and 5 foot 3 was able to bring the stuff that down yet these two tall guys looked very strong we're not able to do that...

The delivery crews install was nothing short of a Joke (as you can see in the pictures) not only did they leave hoses and wires overlapping each other the worst part of it all is that they left the new valves they installed loose and therefore water is (as we speak) still leaking all over my drywall. I spoke to a Bianca at the Home Depot complaint department, She promised that a new crew would come out and fix the issue The very next day. After I placed said, phone call, I was harassed by the delivery crew (as you can see from the pictures). To no surprise, no one showed up to fix the leak and I wasted another full day of work. I once again called the complaint department this time I got an Erica she was the most rudest most unprofessional representative Iāve come across yet She wouldnāt let me explain The situation and my frustration she tried to use that little tactic that these people use where they donāt let you talk So you canāt explain The point youāre trying to get across. So, unless you wanna throw money away, I donāt recommend you come to this Home Depot, or do business with Home Depot for that matter....
