Subways have been going downhill for a while now even before the pandemic. Customer service is not what it used to be it's supposed to be your way but when asking for something most of the sandwich artists like they like this say on ads have a problem with it/attitude when you ask for extra mayonnaise or something. Then putting the main items on the sandwich they cheat you out of it. You can put it in writing what you want on your sandwich and how you want it especially if you do it online they do not do exactly what you don't want. Talking to the manager is a joke. App ordering is a joke too. They told me to Uber my order. But going into and watching them make it might be good but you'll be the judge on that. I remember in the 90s better service and food portions. But management biases hiring females only instead of males. Especially the Norwalk one. But both Carson subways are the same pretty much marginal customer service especially at night.

Read moreI visited the Sunway restaurant in Carson. When I entered the restaurant, It was cleaned and they kept the place well organized. A lady who worked there greeted me with a big smile. She was friendly and attentive. I ordered a plain chicken sandwich on whole wheat bread. After that, I chose all kinds of vegetables. They were tomato, spinach, bellpepper, lettuce, and cucumber. The Subway restaurant offered a sandwich, which you could build your own selection of bread, meat, cheese, vegetables and different choice of dressing. Anyway, for my dessert, I got two oatmeal and raised cookies. If you were in diet restriction, this place offered the best sandwich. I recommend this Subway restaurant to everyone because they offer a healthy and nutritious sandwich which you could build your own choice...
