Terrible customer service this women there working at the register I don't recall her name is very rude. Me and my boyfriend ordered two half and half bowls one with onions the other with out. They ended up putting way to much onions in the bowl and we asked if we can get another one because this one we could not eat. Instead of remaking our one order she took the bowl and attempted to remove the onions. Which did not work. When we told her you know to just remake it for us because it was ruined and not what we asked for she said no because in her words " we are not going to remake the food because it's fine we took some onions out" when we requested for our money back she made very rude remarks how she doesn't care and it doesn't bother her and gave us our money. This experience was very degrading and embarrassing because we always go there and for this to happen in front of a crowded place. I have to say this is my last time going there. Read moreThe food is very consistently delicious. This restaurant is a permanent option in my family food-to-go list. We mainly order the chicken and its always cooked to perfection. The vegetable are also cooked thoroughly and not overly mushy or crunchy. The rice (both brown and white) are steamed properly giving it enough stickiness to eat easily with chopsticks.
They recently changed the sizes of the bowls. I believe it went from a Styrofoam branded bowl to a now recycled plastic unbranded bowl. Probably changed to cut cost and to promote environmentally friendliness. They are shorter then the previous bowls but the mouth is a tab bit wider. I cant say for sure if you get anymore or less food with the new bowls.
If you are planning on going to this restaurant during the busy lunch/dinner time I suggest placing a order over the phone. A lot of people visit this place and their have been times where the line queue has been several people long. It is of no fault of the staff. Read moreI was just at this location a few minutes ago to order a chicken bowl. When I walked inside, the lone cashier was talking on the phone. The gentleman infront of me kept shaking his head obviously annoyed. I looked around and there were several people sitting waiting for their order. From the look on their faces, i can tell the cashier has been on the phone for a while making the customers wait. I had to say something and asked if anyone else can help us. That was the only time the cashier put the phone down and told me with an attitude that shes on an important call with her boss. I said, well tell your boss the customers are waiting. She finally took my order and gave me an attitude. Her name is JOLINA.
