I just went to print a photo on white board which I used to do many a times in the past.
I have emailed the picture to the given email address and waited in the line.
This is just to print 10 pcs of thIs on the white board.
There were two staff at the time a lady and a young male and the female staff said that she cant do my printing job iuntil tomorrow since there were no one there to work yesterday (06/27/2025) and she needed to catch up with the work.
It is intersting how they were accepting jobs yesterday when there were no one to work. Lol.
I told her that I can wait a little as I have the game tomorrow and I have done this several times within 10-15 minutes in the past.
She said she cant help.
Very dissapointed to have this type of a customer service while having two staff on duty and can't be able to a complete a simple printing job like mine at the same time. Especially having all the papers stacked,printers etc.
And I went to the UPS store on Carson St and got the job done...

I understood that, I was simply asking. I wasn't demanding or entitled.
Then, when I informed him I would place another order and pay for the express fee, he said that would just 'confuse' them, again in a rude tone. What really did it for me was when he went off on me for asking if I could cancel my first order. He claimed he wasn't in front of a computer and had no idea what to do, as if I was supposed to know that. I assumed customer service knew what to do....

I asked how does the process work, she told me to grab a business card, send my file and follow directions on it. I did I sent the file, they gave me a code, I walked up to printer and spent $40 printing. Well it didnāt print business cards. I went to her and she said all business cards are printed through her, not the self printer. Why didnāt you tell me that before when I asked about the process?
