I am a vendor for a large restaurant group in the Chicagoland area. The company has made repeated requests for Cinemation/Village AV to call me on some technical issues. It has literally been months without any contact. I even attempted to call cinemation to only get their voicemail system and the calls go unreturned. Blair, the president, includes his direct (cell?) number to which I called. NOTHING FROM ANYBODY!
I can't comment on the quality of their work because they have not followed up. The quality of the work may be just fine. But if you use cinemation you need to hope that nothing goes wrong because you will not hear from them. ARE THEY EVEN IN BUSINESS ANYMORE? If they are, they don't care about customer's needs and have no concept of customer service. Even their phone system doesn't work. When dialing extensions 1 and 3 (both Brad Brommel's extensions) the call immediately hangs up.

Read morePathetically poor customer service. On at least three separate occasions Cinemation was a no show for scheduled appointments to complete a previously unfinished job. No advanced warning that they wouldn’t be able to make it - just an excuse when I called them. After a long stretch of issues, this was the last straw before I switched to a different service provider. Don’t waste your time with Cinemation, go somewhere else...
