My wife and I had dinner on a Thursday Nite. We were very impressed with the quality and complexity of the flavors of the broths and ingredients.

I had the spicy double the flavor noodles with extra pork, tofu and broth. My wife had the Garlic bomb with curly noodles and extra bean sprouts. We split a cucumber salad.

This is a great ā€œlearning curveā€ restaurant. You order your main dish, select the level of spiciness you desire and order and add the extras you might desire. They are all prepared extremely well. So, if your an experimenter? You can go multiple times and never have exactly the same dish. And if you want your food just one particular way you can tailor your meal and have the exact same thing every time. So it pleases a variety of styles.

We were very impressed with the dressing on the cucumber salad. It is made with a hot sauce, vegan mayonnaise and sesame oil. All the ingredients were very fresh and prepared immaculately. From the imported serving bowls, to the perfectly fried tofu, this meal was prepared by a visionary chef.

Everything here is made from scratch. It is a family owned and operated business. We will definitely...

My husband and I love Ramen. Growing up in a Japanese household, going to Mitsuwa and having Ramen from the food court, was just another weekend. We were so excited to hear about this restaurant as out in the Dundee area, there just is no good Ramen restaurants around, unless you go to Arlington Heights, downtown Chicago, Mt Prospect, etc. Until now...

When we got to the restaurant we were greeted by the owner's wife, who was super genuine, nice, and very inviting.

We had the double fried egg, which was perfectly cooked, soft and runny in the middle, which is hard to do well.

For the entree we had the garlic bomb ramen and Tonkatsu Tonkatsu ramen, both were amazing. you can tell the broth was made with preciseness and time, as it was the right consistency, creamy to the palate, just the right amount of flavor and thankfully no MSG!

If you are out in the Cary area, it is worth a stop in! My 1 year old son ate it for the first time and loved the noodles.

Great food, nice and genuine owners, we will definitely be back! With being 15 minutes from the house, we will likely crave it all...

I travel for work weekly so I’m able to get out and about and try many many places. Ramen being one of my first things I try and look for. The staff here was great and quick to get me seated and taken care of. I had ordered the pork Gyoza and it was absolutely delicious! Now to the ramen…. I ordered the Garlic Bomb in spicy form. There wasn’t much spice but it was enough heat to satisfy. The garlic flavors were amazing and the soup base was astounding. The Chashu was phenomenal and tender and the soft boiled eggs were fresh, delicate, and yummy. The only downside to this whole bowl of ramen were the noodles. They definitely do not taste like a traditional noodle used for ramen. Although I could have gotten spoiled by the last ramen shop who hand pulled their noodles in house. Other than that, the food and staff were great! Would definitely come back to try...

This place seems to have really taken a nose dive, in nearly every aspect of the dining experience. We first sat down to sticky tables and booths. The menu is very incomplete when you scan the QR code. There was music playing but it was just loud enough for the kitchen staff to hear, but really faint for the customers. The waitress was very quick with every visit...literally just dropped the utensils on the table. Can of Coke, but no offering of ice. The broth was so bland! We remembered it being very thick and flavorful. The eggs weren't marinated properly and we too runny inside and not soft boiled. We will not be back.
