From beginning to end Mr Appliance was everything we could have hoped for: attentive, courteous, friendly, on time and communicative. Our subzero refrigerator decided to "blow up" on Halloween evening while friends were over for dinner & trick or treating. Thankfully subzero customer service is on CT time so we were able to contact them right away. They were also very helpful and gave the number for Mr Appliance, their authorized repair technicians. Usually they set up the appoint but since it was after business hours here they asked that we make the call with the assurance that if we had any trouble getting an appointment we'd just need to call them back. No problems, though, when I called the next day at 8â°Âł AM I was greeted warmly by "Ida" who very kindly listened to my tale and quickly fit me into the schedule. She sent me confirmations of the appointments and our technician, Tyler was prompt, diagnosed the trouble quickly and was able to order the piece right away so we would have our refrig repaired by Thanksgiving. We would recommend this business without hesitation. Again, from beginning to end they were a delight to deal with and made every effort to get our repair done timely.    Read moreI am extremely happy with my services. I scheduled an initial appointment but needed to reschedule for a later date and it was very simple. The technician, Tyler, arrived later than the originally scheduled appointment but notified me that he would arrive later with a phone call. When he arrived, he was clean and wearing a mask. I had plastic PPE gloves for him and he wore those while doing a diagnostic on my refrigerator. He concluded that the unit was not operating optimally and the ice maker needed repair or replacement. He offered to schedule a repair with my leasing office for the unit but fortunately staff members for the apartment complex I live in delivered a new refrigerator unit to me.    Read moreMy only complain is price but that's a major factor. They charged us a $100 diagnostic fee for 10 min of diagnosis on our refrigerator. We ordered the replacement part since they couldn't find it. They then charged us and additional $92 for 30 min of work to install the part which we paid for. Total cost $192 for almost 1 hour total of their time. Not a good value in my opinion. But otherwise they were prompt and courteous. I could see paying up to $150 total but $192 for a quick diagnosis and a minor part replacement feels like price gouging. *Edit: Sorry to the owner for being unhappy with my review.
