We have had 2 or 3 bad experiences here over the last 12 months at this location, so I feel the need to write a review so the management can address it before they have to close their doors. The staff at this location today was beyond rude. I arrived at 1:50pm to get lunch. The chicken was almost gone, the veggies were almost gone and looked very old, the entire line looked old and needed a refresh. We asked if they would be refreshing the veggies and they said it would be 3 minutes. We said, no problem, we'll sit down to wait for those. The gentlemen said he would call us when there were ready. He never did as he left go on break and them forgot about us. I then waited about 7-8 minutes and walked back up to the line. The lady who then walked up was extremely rude, she was very aggressive in her tone, inflection and had a major chip on her shoulder. After her repeated attempts to condescend me, I asked for another gentleman to finish my order. That gentlemen then was very polite and was happy to take over. However, he continued to allow the lady to be rude to the next 2 people in line. He did not correct her behavior. And then at that point, I told the gentleman that he should tell the staff to do what they say they are going to do and to not leave to go on break until that is done. The lady then flew around the corner and told me I needed to be quiet and leave with my food or she would stop me from leaving with my food. I said, what? Are you kidding me? The kitchen line guy then started yelling at me from the line to gang up on me and my husband as the customers to say we were being rude. I have never in my life had such an extreme kettle calling the pot black in my life. At this point, we walked out as the lady was walking to the back to "get David" to escort me out when I did nothing wrong but simply ask for fresh food and to be treated with courtesy. I have never in my life been so poorly treated by a staff at a restaurant. You would think that Chipotle would have more manager oversight with...
Read moreAvoid this place for dinner. I'm a doordasher and had to wait a good 50 minutes to get my order. They did not have it ready when I came in (I had driven 15 minutes to get there), no biggie, they were short staffed. I waited another 25 minutes after the guy in charge told me they were "working on it." I watch as nearly the whole line goes by and they are clearly not "working on it." So in order to actually get the food I wait the full line, which I'm not supposed to do. They probably would have let me sit there for an hour if I hadn't gotten in line. I watch as the online orders came in and basically printed a CVS-sized receipt down to their floor while nobody was filing them. I eventually ordered by repeating the ticket items to the staff (again, not supposed to happen). But I left and had missed a second order that probably would have taken another 20 minutes, that second order had been ordered an hour prior.
I wouldn't have left for this review if not for, when I was waiting in line, I saw another guy go up to the register and ask for his online order and the guy who said "they were working on it" actually started working on this man's food. Completely unprofessional, as a delivery driver I'm losing out on time and money for every minute spent there, it would not have been hard to prioritize me after 10-20 minutes.
I blame the staff for poor priority management and I blame their managers because this location is clearly understaffed and poorly trained.
Only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because I have eaten there at lunch before and things went well.
But if you want Chipotle for dinner, I suggest the Crossroads location, they are 100% professional and run well even...
Read moreLast night I received the worst service I have ever had at any fast food establishment let alone a chipotle. It was 8:30 and the place closed at 10 a full hour and a half left before closing and they had half of the production line shut down, not very much choices to choose from left. They “ran out of lettuce and guacamole” they clearly didn’t feel like putting anymore lettuce in the pan or preparing any more guac. I look down and see guac on the production line still so I pointed it out to the line cook and she rudely responded by saying that “the guac they had left was for online order customers only” because they didn’t have a lot left and didn’t know what orders were going to come in. So if I had went back to my car ordered online then went back into the service line I could have gotten it? You’re telling me that people who haven’t even ordered yet literal “potential” customers can get this item and me a customer who is in your line ordering right now can’t? Makes no sense at all! I was literally looking right at it in front of me. Worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had hands down. Will never be back to this location. Staff needs to some serious training on the principal that “We are open until we close” and that “You treat your last customer of the day just as well as you’d treat the first customer of the day”. I’ve managed many restaurants for years and would have ripped my staff a new one if they treated people like this. Don’t work in the service industry if you can’t provide...
