I found out about JM Edwards after a neighbor posted about their amazing experience.

I'm a recent widow and decided to go in and see about having my engagement ring resized to fit my right hand. Christian greeted me as soon as I entered the store and got right to work with figuring out what new size I would need. He even figured out a way to resize my ring, and fix the little gap in my wrap band for less then he had first written down. I mean, who does that? He went down on the price!?!? He then also stated that my other two bands, that didn't need to be resized, could be left and he would have all 3 rings cleaned and get their rhodium plating done...at no extra cost.

I also recently purchased a necklace to wear my husband's wedding ring on and when I took off the necklace to inquire about one day getting the ring resized, I got weepy. He quickly took me to his office for privacy and gave me time to get myself together. Because of the type of ring, it can't be resized but he went out of his way to check out my necklace to make sure it was sautered in all of the places it needed to be so that it wouldn't break causing me to loose my husband's band. He didn't have to do that but because he knew how important that ring is he wanted to make sure. He did catch where it could stand to have some extra reinforcement and so I had them fix that as well.

I can't speak highly enough of him. I'm so grateful for his help. He took the time to ask about my late husband, which he certainly didn't need to do, and showed a level of care that I'm positive I would not have found at a big name jewelry store.

While I don't spend much time at jewelry stores I am for sure coming here anytime I need to purchase something or have something done. And I will be making sure I send all friends and family here in the future.

Funny story...we stopped into JM Edwards on whim (on our way to lunch) to start our education and shopping for an engagement ring. We never went anywhere else. Sarah greeted us when we arrived and worked with us through the entire process. We are not traditional couple shopping for engagement rings in terms of our age, length of relationship, aesthetic, etc. Also, we had a budget in mind-and to be honest, we did not think that we would be able to stay within our budget at JM Edwards. After the initial consultation where Sarah educated us about the important considerations, we decided to have JM Edwards custom design the ring. I had a very specific art deco-ish, architectural design in mind. The first step was ordering diamonds. Of course, I wanted a more rare cut of diamond...We were happy with the selection and were able to make our choice. The deposit was made and the ring design phase was started in earnest. I provided some inspiration photos and specifications. They provided images that were designed around the specs of the diamond we selected after getting input from the goldsmith and designer. It took 2-3 iterations of getting updated CAD drawings and then my feedback to get it perfect in my eyes. They could not have been any more patient with us during this phase.
