If I could give this place 0 stars I would it was so bad I had to stay here for a year and a 1/2 and it was so miserable 1st of all when they pull the carpet up whether it's a stain or not they're gonna charge you for it they do not judge on the carpet at the top they pull it up from the bottom so if someone before you made a stain or something they can pull it up and say you did it and charge you And they charge you for the whole carpet not just some spot the and they're gonna always charge you for your stove pans whatever it is they will definitely charge you on that they take your money like crazy if you want to renew your lease your Lease go up 20% Or more the management is awful if you want to see crystal the head manager all I can tell you is good luck she is never there and when she is she throws stuff off on her assistant Sarah and she throws stuff off on Teddy Teddy has so much he has to do that's the only one you will mainly see a whole lot of crystal loves to hide from people they overprice you like crazy and they will do anything to get your money if someone has reported that you left your trash out after 8:00 p.m. they will send you a letter in charge you even though you ask who said this let me see proof they will not show you or if your pet use the bathroom and you always pick up but if someone says you didn't and report you then you have to go pay $100 you ask them who reported me what proof do you have they will never give it to you Where they sell you at is that it's new and it looks nice but trust me want you sign that contract you're screwed it is so miserable being there they do not have many of the events for you and the events they do have only very few people thay And as I said earlier they will charge you for anything to get money at a your pocket I had a dog my friend wanted me to watch for 1 day and someone saw and reported me and They told me I had to pay the $300 pet fee even though I was gonna watch that dog for one day If you asked for the number for the corporate office they will try to say I don't know or put it off on you or somethin they are so good at avoiding problems you can call down there and call down there and they never pick up and when they do call you back it's days and days later absolutely absolutely an awful place and when they respond to my message they are gonna try to act like nothing was their fault but trust me don't believe them if you do stay here all I can tell you is good luck there's a good chance you'll be miserable and it's going to happen that they will try to get all the money you have at a your pocket Please please take my advice do...
Read moreA True Gem at Tryon Place – Patrick Rigo Makes It Feel Like Home
I’ve had the pleasure of living at Tryon Place Apartments, and while the space itself is lovely, what truly made it feel like home was Patrick Rigo , the apartment service supervisor. From day one, Patrick went above and beyond—not just in maintaining the property, but in creating a warm, welcoming environment that made every resident feel valued.
Patrick’s dedication is unmatched. He doesn’t just fix things—he anticipates needs, checks in regularly, and brings a genuine sense of care to everything he does. Whether it’s a quick repair or a friendly wave, he’s always there with a smile and a helping hand.
What touched me most was how Patrick connected with my French bulldog. My pup absolutely adores him, and it’s easy to see why. Patrick takes time out of his busy day to greet us on our walks, making both of us feel seen and appreciated. That kind of personal touch is rare and deeply meaningful.
As I prepare to move away from Tryon Place, I do so with a heavy heart knowing I’ll be leaving behind someone who truly made a difference in my living experience. Patrick is not just an employee—he’s the heartbeat of this community. I sincerely hope Tryon Place recognizes what an incredible asset they have in him.
Thank you, Patrick Rigo, for everything. You will be missed more than...
Read moreWe lived at CTP for 4 1/2 years. It was great at first, but as the office and maintenance staff changed, it started going downhill. There are dogs everywhere, and tenants and staff don't clean up after them. Common areas, carpet, elevator, and hallways, are grungy and routine care is nearly non- existent . We appealed to corporate with no response. Beware of the lease, as illness and death do not release you. Our unit had cracked walls, and a broken dishwasher, but their solution was to replace the door of it with a used one. Outside of the building, pet waste has destroyed the landscape and killed the grass in many large areas. Burned out lights, and a broken grate by the parking entrance have taken way too long to be addressed. The parking gate was often broken for days at a time. The staff was poor at responding to problems and we often had to contact them more than once on issues. A security system was promised when we moved in, but it was an empty promise. The doors are still open to anyone. The staff does not enforce the "no junk on balconies" rule, and some are unsightly. There was no mercy for...
