Valley Ace Hardware — Local services in Casa Grande

I have always tried to shop at ace as its one of the small town hardware stores, but this place will not get my business anymore. The customer service here is just horrible, everyone is rude and lazy, you ask for help and they fight amongst themselves as to whos turn it is to help. Tonight I tried to use a spend 75 get 15 off coupon and the girl in the camouflage jacket was getting all moody at me because I wanted to use this, she said my sale items wouldn't count and so I got more items which as a business owner you would think is a good thing, but she just kept having more and more attitude....how am I supposed to know what works and doesn't. I spent 90 bucks without any sale items and still not able to use the coupon... I tried asking why and she just had more attitude... Disappointed in this store but home depot doesn't give me drama and lets me use the coupons...

They were really weird about a small $6 return. It was just extra bottles of caulk we didn't need. They kept asking if anything was wrong with it, I kept telling them no, I bought 4 and ended up only needing 2 for the project. Both were clearly unopened and had just been bought the week before and they kept looking them over. I mean it's pretty easy to see if the tip is cut off lol. Took two people to figure out they were on the receipt when I'd only bought two other things and the first girl had to call another guy to help. Took way too long to get such a small refund it was hardly worth the trouble. When I shopped there the people were really helpful, but this soured it for me. I was going to buy some other stuff but decided to just leave and will go to one of the large chain...

First off, I'm really blunt. I can't stand going to a place, and the employees suck and can't even pretend to want to be there. This place is down the street from where I live and let me tell you guys, I've been here about 10 times already for different home projects. The staff has always been great to me, and you can tell that some of the people who work here are goal oriented. They help me get out of the store so fast, and they are helpful. "I need this," then they walk like nurses, showing where you're going to be. I just got my screen done by Bryan, and he was fast and super helpful. The awesome cashier that wears her mask is the nicest cashier I've come across in a while(im really sorry I forgot to get your name!). I recommend this location...
