A worker named Tammy at Burger King was awfully rude. When I got to drive thru she kept cutting me off mid sentence and was screaming at me through the drive thru and as I got to the window to pay I was trying to hand her my card and she proceeded to close the window, after 5 minutes she grabbed it to charge me and I then asked for sauce and she walked away mid sentence and then I asked again for extra sauce and that I’m willing to pay for it and she proceeded to charge me for water plus sauces. During that time she took about 5-10mins and kept coming back to be sarcastic instead of hanging me the sauces. She said she didn’t have to give me sauces and sauces were she quoted “ only for the chicken nuggets “. She wasted 5-10mins trying to hand me sauces. This was so unprofessional for being rude, yelling, no handing me my things after I paid for, wasting my time and the people behind me and charging money for something I didn’t ask for and the sarcasm. Read moreIts Sunday 10:10pm. We stopped by the drive thru and ordered 2 combo and nuggets. The guy in the drive thru gave us are bag and 2 drinks. We where about to take off when he stopped us and said he almost forgot the nuggets. When we got home he had also forgotten one whole meal. My husband went back on his own and said they needed to see the bag. I get it so my husband came back home and got the bag just to prove to them there mistake becuase if they are doing there job right they would have noticed a burger was left behind right. it just sucks for them becuase now they have to make both meals again becuase we aren't going to eat cold food. If we went to the drive thru it was becuase we wanted something quick and easy but we didn't get to sit down to eat until about an hour later.
But I mean I guess this reviews really dont matter becuase Burger King is such a big corporation its not like a bad review would make...
Read moreThe employees are extremely rude. Lily walked up to the register to take my oder with her arms crossed over her chest looking me up and down. No "hi" no "how can I help you" she literally stood at the register and looked at me. I asked for the manager and she pointed to a man who was actually sweeping the dining room and cleaning tables, while the employees stood around in a huddle behind the counter. I told him what happened he said he was on loan from another store and Hortencia the GM wasn't there. Hortencia, you need to have your employees retrain on how customer service is supposed to be. The drive thru employee on the evening of 4/3/2024, and Lily the defensive employee at the counter need to be in another line of work, because CS is not their forte.
