My recent visit to Panda Express was disappointing on multiple fronts. The food quality has notably declined compared to past experiences. The orange chicken, which used to be a standout, was overly greasy and lacked the distinctive tangy flavor that I remembered. The fried rice was dry and bland, far from the flavorful dish I used to enjoy.
Equally troubling was the poor customer service. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, more focused on rushing through orders than ensuring customer satisfaction. When I had a question about one of the menu items, the response was curt and unhelpful. The overall atmosphere felt rushed and impersonal, which diminished the dining experience significantly.
It’s clear that Panda Express just isn't the same as it once was. The combination of declining food quality and lackluster service makes it hard to recommend this once-reliable chain. For a place that used to be a go-to for quick and tasty Chinese-American cuisine, it’s disappointing to see such a downturn. I hope they can address these issues and return to their previous standards, but for now, I’ll be looking elsewhere for a...
Read moreFood is alway wonderfu, I want to make that perfectly clear! But there are two other issues that people need to know about. #1. The length of time it takes to get through the drive through!! The food for the most part is already prepared and ready to be served. Why does it take over 10 to 20 min to get it dished up and handed out the window?? #2 I am a charitable giving person, I have those organizations that I choose to donate my money to. I am offended every time I come to Panda when I am asked to donate to the organization they have chosen, when I say no, then they ask if I want to round up to the next $ and donate that amount, like they didn’t hear me the first time!!! NO!! Seriously donating is a personal issue, and when I think about going through and picking up some food, if I think I would like the food at Panda, I always check and make sure I have at least 20 min, and honestly if have the time I have to really want to have the food from their because having to say no to their stupid donation question is sometimes just not worth it and off to...
Read moreMy daughter got chow mein instead of the fried rice that I asked for AGAIN - it's not the first time it has happened at this location!! NEVER HAPPENS AT ANY OTHER LOCATION! And I never have time to come back to get it fixed! We do NOT like chow mein - if I say FRIED RICE please STOP giving us CHOW MEIN (they don't even sound similar - and what if we were allergic to something in the chow mein that has now touched all our other food?!)!! Also, my boyfriend's food wasn't what he wanted because everything on the menu online you guys said you didn't have or don't even carry anymore!? If you don't carry it why is it on your menu? If you're going to discontinue something remove it from your online menu first so that way when someone comes in they're surprised that you do still have it instead of disappointed that you don't because it's still listed! The way you're currently doing it is backwards! Lastly, the a la carte entree I got wasn't full like it usually is from other locations and there were no straws in the bags for our...
