We went into subway today (7/30/2022) at 3:05 pm. There were 2 employees a male and female. The female was standing at the register and the male was in the back. They started arguing who was going to help our family. She started talking very loudly to him that she was already clocked out, and he said no you weren’t so help them.
She then came over and was being very rude about how many sandwiches we needed and we told her 4. She went “ugh I need help they want 4 sandwiches”. She then began very rudely asking us if the bread and meat were all going to be the same.. etc! Lets just say it was a very UNPLEASANT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVERY DEALT WITH AT THIS SUBWAY LOCATION!
There should have been no arguing, rude demeanor, or hostility towards us because we all wanted our sandwiches different.
Please speak to your staff as they are your frontline for your business.
We will not be returning back to this location after this disgusting behavior we witness between employees and to your customers.

Read moreIf you would like to have a good day, do NOT stop here… I have came in twice this week for lunch (8/28 and 8/25), which was my first mistake… The women who run this place all day are rude, snooty, and full of themselves… They rush you through your order and barely give you any time to think while rolling their eyes and sighing… Not to mention that there was nobody behind me in line and they just wanted me out.. And good luck trying to talk to the manager… The other women always tell me “she’s busy she can’t talk to you try coming in later”… How unprofessional. You never see any of them wash their hands either… The dining area is never clean yet is completely empty with three workers… So in conclusion, dirty, unprofessional, and extremely rude. Will not be returning and will be telling friends about...

Came in yesterday June 10th 2022 the large black person working (don't want to assume their gender) was sureley and rude, making rude remarks to my husband, refusing to give him something he wanted on his sandwhich because they claimed he pronounced it wrong, he didn't by the way. Despite that I thought well maybe they are having a bad day so I remained pleasant and still they were rude to me sighing and acting like we were ruining their day just by being in there. We're small business owners so we know this is no way to treat your customers, we will not be coming back, hopefully this person and their horrible attitude will be fired. Right now there are plenty of people who would be happy to have a job, sorry this miserable person hates...
