Even though this location has been open awhile, every employee give had ring up my order seems to know as much as a day one employee. When I ask simple questions about the menu or promo items, no one seems to really have an answer. The baja blast Mt. dew was out of syrup, and after asking them to change it, even with in one else in the drive thru or lobby, i waited 45min for them to swap it out, I finally had to ask the manager to change it. Then as I finally filled my soda, I grabbed a few hot sauce packets. The manager then proceeded to lecture me about how each packet costs his store $0.02, and then told me I was costing HIM too much money by grabbing a few extra packets. What I did was grab 4 of the salsa verse kind, because I had specifically asked them for when I ordered, but received none with my order. My overall experience at this location was maybe 3 out of 10. Nothing I asked about/ for was provided, the quality of food is fair to mild, the manager is very abrasive and made me not even want to go back. Then when I finally got home with my dinner, (almost 3 hours later) I discovered that the promo meal I had ordered, was the wrong meal all together. I was livid. When I called to explain what happened, the manager told me it was MY FAULT, for not "checking my bag to make sure everything I ordered was in there." I was the only customer for the first 1.5hrs, I asked specific questions about the items I ordered beforehand, and they STILL got my order wrong. I will NIT be going to this...
Read moreI ordered my food online so I can quickly pickup in the drive-through and get back to work. Well I drive up to the speaker and I tell them I have an order, they responded with "pick up orders are inside only" which i had no idea. So I try backing out but of course a car pulls up behind me. So now I'm stuck in between two cars. Once the car infrot drives away I asked again "do I really have to go inside and they rudely said yes inside only" so now I have to drive around find a parking spot walk inside and ask for my freaking order. The girl literally reaches out right next to the drive thru window and grabs and hands it to me. FOR WHAT REASON?! The man could have literally just handed it right to me through the wondow! It was right next to him. Why cause me the inconvenience?! So ordering through the drive thru would have been the better option vs online I guess. Read moreOnly get standard food items when ordering here, if you customize the food in a mobile order, and it up charges you, they will completely ignore the customization and make it regularly. You're paying more for food they will not change for you. The food is all made to the adequate Taco Bell quality, but only if you order basic items; what? I ordered two completely different boxes, they packaged all of the food items incorrectly, and threw them all in a bag together. I customized three items in the mobile order app, and they changed nothing, and gave me the wrong sauce (which I know is a bit picky, but hey, I like Taco Bell the way I like it). We were just kind of bummed that they seemed to rush through our order when there were no people in line. They made us drive around to the front when there was nobody behind us in the Drive-Thru and the store was empty.
