Terrible customer service and rude store clerks!!!

My daughter slipped on their stairs and spilled a small amount of coke on the floor…they didn’t even ask if she was ok and instead insisted that she clean it up. As I paid for my purchase my daughter went over and cleaned up the mess with paper towel, however that was not good enough. The store clerk then came out with spray and made her spray down the area, to which I then commented that this was a little much to make a customer do this and that it was an accident. They then went off on us saying that this is why they do not allow drinks in the store…well then they should have said something to us the 10 previous minutes while we were shopping and they were assisting us to find what we needed. After I got down on my hands and knees and cleaned up the mess the lady then continued to state that I had to stand there and wait until the area dried so that no one slipped and fell on the area!!!! I went on to tell them that I will no longer be coming in and giving them our service. As we left the lady said, “ have a good day”…to which I ignored her and she went on to say, “don’t be pissy with me!!!”

We will never be back!!!

You didn’t seem to mind when you greeted us walking into the store seeing my daughter drinking a pop. You should have said something then…oh but wait, you wanted to make sure that we bought...

We enjoyed visiting Keepsakes as the shop has a large selection of many different types of decor and toys and clothing to browse through. Their prices are reasonable, and there is quite a few handmade art pieces to choose from too.

We went before the summer season started and the store was not crowded at all.

They have a back room section dedicated to decorations and party favors for the "Cheeseburger in Caseville" festival that happens during summer, and lots of beach toys to...

Very interesting, trinket store. Had a little bit of everything, very nice and neat. The lady and or owner was very sweet and understanding. Some things, hand crafts items were not priced but wasn't a big deal and taken...
