For English speaking people just be aware that the fair is 99% Mexicans. Everyone was nice but things like music are catered to the main crowd here.
Rides are mediocre and safety is definitely not a major concern. I saw ride operators not check if every child was strapped properly on several rides. Rides don't look we'll kept.
The games are standard fare. Nothing spectacular here. Ring toss, pop balloons, blah blah blah.
