JCPenney — Local services in Casper

So sad this store has become what it is. It used to have great service, lots of choices and great prices. Not so much anymore. Many other stores, including Walmart, have returned to open dressing rooms. Penney's is still closed. And to top it off, there is not a single mirror in the entire store to see how an item might look if you hold it up to yourself. Horrible service! Plus, their shoe dept. is a joke. I find a style I like, and they're all displayed and they have one pair in one size and that's it!! Sometimes the store is so empty of employees, you must wander around to even find someone to check you out. Sad commentary on the modern...

I came in looking for some clothes for my 9 year old. It was so dark, they had at least half of the lights turned off, it was not welcoming at all. The selection is way down, and the way the clothing racks look, it makes a customer feel like you're shopping at a glorified garage sale. Not at all what I expect from JC Penneys. I had to walk around the entire store to find an employee. I came in by the hair salon and only found employees by the mall entrance. They were very interested in their conversation with each other and not helping customers. Very disappointed. The way this store is being run presently, it feels they are not going to be in business...

I made a online order for store pick up tonight pulled up to the store at 645 and used the email to notify the store I was there and after waiting almost 10 minutes I saw a customer walk out so I decided to get out and walk in. Now it's 654 and as I am walking up a girl who is an employee walks towards the inner door and locks them. I look and the signs all say 7 I knock and knock and she walks away. I call in for a second time and yet again no one answers. This is beyond frustrating and I think it's horrible to close your doors before the proper time. So now I have to come...
