I upgraded my Samsung S4 to an Active 7 and I love the new phone. I wanted to order a gorilla glass cover from gadget guard but the salesman assured me he could get one faster. Even though he told me they were back ordered through the store; I gave him the benefit of the doubt to get the product as promptly as he said he could. I paid up front for the product in good faith that all would go well. I waited three weeks and never received an e-mail or phone call that the screen protector was in. At that time I went the store personally to check on the status of my order 9/23/2016. When I arrived at the store I was told that they still had not received the shipment but they had a manager coming into town from another store that would bring one for me over the weekend. The salesman assured me he’d call me when she delivered it and I could come pick it up. By Monday 9/26/2016 I still hadn’t heard anything about the status of my order. I again personally went to the store to check on the status. When I arrived the sales man that helped me hadn’t seen me or been involved at all. He was looking around for the order when I pointed out to him which sales associate was responsible for the order. The original associate then approached me and told me the screen guard the other store manager personally brought for me was sold to another customer the night before. In 24hours he seemed to forget a customer that not only made a point to visit the store twice in the same week; but also who’s order he so desperately dropped the ball on. As furious as I was; I again allowed AT&T sales associate the opportunity to make it right. I told him I was “pissed off” but considering the amount of customers in the store waiting to be helped that hadn’t been disappointed I refrained from blowing my lid. By this point I was assured the amount for the order that was paid up front would be refunded and they would proceed with ordering me the screen guard anyway. I still have not received what I paid for and ordered. I also never received a refund on my account and I still NEVER heard from a single sales associate in regards to my...
Read moreThis is the worst mall I've ever been in! It's like a ghost town. The stores that are there have no merchandise...it gets less every time I go in. There aren't enough employees to help and those that are there seem to know almost nothing about their job there. Can't answer questions, often never even speak to you when you enter the store as the kid is just standing there looking at his cell phone! There're no plants or nice things like they used to have. The food court is a joke with one place, Flaming Wok open. Their food has gone way down hill and the guy is cranky and rude! There's no place to get a good coffee or an ice cream cone. The music is often SO loud in the stores, it's ridiculous. I wouldn't be at all surprised if the place closed its doors soon. No loss...nothing to buy there anyway! It's my understanding the mall is owned by a corporation in Great Neck, NY called Kohan Retail Investment Group. They don't know where Casper is, and they don't care. I'm sure this place is a tax write off for them, so they won't pave the parking lot, won't take care of the interior, won't make sure they charge appropriate rents, so the store fronts are fully occupied. It's pathetic and we're the ones who suffer. If it were somehow locally owned, it could once again be the vibrant place it once was. Contrary to popular corp. opinion, malls are still viable entities...people what to shop in brick and mortar stores, especially in Casper and Wyoming in general. So sad someone with plenty of money here in town, wouldn't consider taking on...
Read moreI am a door Dasher part time. I went to pick up an order from this establishment, and it was two different orders of the same thing. When I got there to pick it up, everything was combined together. I asked the girl at the counter if she would put the orders into two boxes (in case it was for 2 different people.) She informed me, "that's how we do it here." I asked again to have the orders separated. She then went to the cook and began mock me for asking to have the orders separated. The cook RUDLY said to me, "we have to pay Door Dash, so this is how we do it." After asking several more times, I convinced them to separate the orders. The cook then slammed the boxes on the counter, and walked off (the cook) who I later found out is the, " Assistant Manager." When I delivered the food, guess what; it was for 2 different people that APPRECIATED it being separated. Very poor customer relations on the. "Assistant...
