Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Casper

Normally I would say this place does well because the first and only other time I ordered from them it was great but...this time was a complete fail. Issues I had: They did not give me the pizza I ordered. When I called, he just sat there telling me how wrong I am and how his system didnt give him my order correctly but that is my fault somehow. He could have easily resolved my issue instead of telling me theres nothing he could do and that I need to learn how to deal with their companies mistakes. They wasted my money on something I didnt even eat because it tastes like cardboard without toppings. Fix your system if your deals page incorrectly creates orders when its supposed to make the order according to the description on that very page and item. Disappointed doesnt even come close to how I feel about this experience. I have 1 cheat day a month and chose to spend 2 hours pay on this companies food only to have it sent wrong then disrespected and zero resolution provided. A credit or the correct pizza sent the next day would have made up for this yet they did nothing but blame me for their mistake over and...

I did not know if I should of dine in because of past experiences with other locations but I decided to to dine in. I am in a wheelchair and their tables could actually fit my chair without having to move it first. They even held the door for me both coming in and leaving. I been all around the US to different locations but this one by far is the cleanest and most happiest place I been in for a long time. And man was the buffet amazing fresh pizzas constantly and even with a bunch of people there, the girl named Sarah kept up on everything from cleaning off plates and helping when she could. The other ladies Elisha and Innocents were absolutely fabulous providing the best guest services refilling drinks before needing to ask. I been in some pizza hits where we literally had to ask for refills or when fresh food was coming. Also ordered some cheese sticks and oh man they were the prettiest cheesesticks completely covered edge to edge in cheese. I will be back to this location whenever I am in Wyoming. These girls definitely rocked...

Don't go here.Horrible. I just ordered some sticks and a personal pan supreme. All raw. Gundge in dough terms. Polietly took it ton the counter. Then they said its not. I asked for my money back. They said no. Showed the product to others customers and the said that is disgusting. Then some random guy. Comes up and says. You're the guy from last week. I said that's impossible. I live and work in Cheyenne. Can prove it in any way necessary. Debit. Payroll etc. Then they gave me a number to call. I called and this guy was professional. Then said why are you calling my personal number. I stated they gave it to me. I never asked' and said to call this number. Haven't been there in over 10 years. Definitely went down hill since then. Funny thing while I walked out without a refund that everyone else there said that's disgusting. They yelled out the Eastside carryout window and said something. Don't go there. Possibly a reason they were dead...
