Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Casper

Coming here tonight was probably one of the worst decisions I have ever made. I probably should have taken the hint when I pulled up to the speaker and the person that was on the mic had to repeat themselves multiple times due to others in the background laughing, making an extremely hard to complete the order. When I finally got to the window I was greeted by a group of at least eight people standing in a little circle around the window just talking and laughing. I get its Friday night but, I ordered two meals and two pretzels and received one fry and two pretzels. Both burgers were missing, and the strawberry shake I had ordered was essentially just a cup of milk. Maybe you should have somebody else in there instead of 15 teenagers goofing off. My mother and I had gone thru the drive through on 06/17/2025 and we had ordered the honey Bbq chicken strip basket they had read us our order back at the speaker and then we had pulled up to the window to pay, they had us drive around and sit for a few to make everything fresh for us the guy that had brought us our food was pleasant and then when went to open the chicken strip basket they were plain no sauce or anything on them, so my mom and I had gone back in to get it fixed. No manager on duty We had asked this to fix this because it was their fault, they said they couldn’t fix it since it was rang up as a regular chicken strip basket. The workers were nice so it’s not necessarily anything with them. It’s just frustrating that it’s $30+ for 2 chicken strip meals and they don’t come correctly. We asked for the sauced and tossed ones, and when we opened them up they were damn near dry. I tried to call about seeing about getting put down for replacement or something, but the best they could do was send some coupons in the mail because “we had already started consumption.” Well yes, I just got done running errands and have already made it all the way across town. Why would I waste gas to drive all the way back over there- especially when we’re obviously hungry lol.
