This place was a 10/10!! As a woman going to get any work done on your car, men can easily discard you as “stupid” or “unaware”, but Colin was seriously the best and explained everything in detail and did a full work on my vehicle! Every service he did he explained to me what it was and what he did, and he printed a sheet that highlighted things to check up/fix in regards to my car. Truly an efficient place with staff that shows complete respect customers!

Over a year and a half later I am writing another review! So my car has had multiple problems because it’s on its last bit of life, but Renee has been SO kind and SO helpful to just keep my car running a little while longer. Not only has he changed my battery but also my alternator and done it with such patience with me! As a woman going to places like this can be so uncomfortable but the majority of everyone here is so kind and so attentive to all the women who come in. They explain things very clearly and so kindly to the point it doesn’t make us feel dumb. I know when I go there they will keep me updated and informed on everything going on! The only thing I recommend is to stay away from this place. Took a vehicle in for an oil change that was running fine, no weird noises, and definitely no oil pressure light on. Now it needs an engine. Oil pressure light stays on. It knocks. It's obvious. I thought it was interesting. With over 15 years of experience repairing vehicles, I decided to check a few things to see what happened. I found that they left a piece of the old oil filter in the housing which caused the oil filter to not seat properly, resulting in a loss of oil pressure. The blue piece in the picture below was not supposed to be there. They "checked it out" and proceeded to tell me it was a pre-existing condition and they weren't going to do anything about it. When I got it back, I decided to drain a little oil and see what was in it. See picture below with lots of metal flake in it from the engine being damaged. They gave me every excuse in the book to skirt any responsibility. It's even more disappointing because I had been a loyal customer and sent them a lot of business from the day they opened. I have been using this Express Oil Change and Tire location since they opened a few years ago. I bring all of my vehicles here including my two company vehicles. Oil changes are always in and out quickly, and they always have coupons available. I also rely on them for all of my mechanical work, whether it be maintenance or when issues come up. I 100% trust them to do good work and to also not take me for a ride (no pun intended). They always diagnose just what our vehicles need and never try to sell me what they don’t. I had a problem a while back where they couldn’t get my vehicle to produce the problem I was having while up on the rack. A mechanic literally took a ride with me down the road in order to be sure they heard what was going on so they could properly fix it.
