I wanted to update my review with Nate to continue praising the excellent service I've received. While playing a board game with my family, my husband placed a sugary drink on the table next to my laptop and when my 5yo child saw the cat on the back of the couch, she climbed up and over to get to him, knocking the drink all over it.

Unfortunately, the motherboard did not survive. We had to order parts and Nate strongarmed Lenovo to make good on the warranty because they wanted to not simply because I put stickers on it!

Because I work from home and the computer is a necessity for me, Nate gave me a loaner! It was good enough to get me through the week waiting for the parts to arrive. Like I said, amazing service!

This team is the best in Pittsburgh. They're very professional but also personal in that they care about you. I dropped my laptop in the summer of 2019 after becoming a new mom, and this damaged the batteries turning my laptop into a ticking time bomb.

Now I use my laptop for both full-time work and personal use, and they were so accommodating in my schedule and were able to apply temporary fixes so I could still work while waiting for parts to arrive.

Just this past summer, the screen started to pop off. In last year's repair, the screen had to be removed to access the batteries, and it turned out that the adhesive just wasn't working well enough. Nate reapplied adhesive to fix my screen FOR FREE, saying it was attributed to his repair work from over a year earlier. It was an unexpected surprise. I am a loyal customer and I strongly recommend Above and Beyond Computers to everyone because my experience has been exceptional from their service to buying a computer from them. I knew I made the right choice from the first time I went to them. I saw how the team was very knowledgeable and they have consistently exceeded my expectations by going above and beyond so it is the perfect name for their company-they earned this name for their business.

For example, when I had a bad virus on my PC, Above and Beyond fixed it when no other computer place could fix it in a 25-mile radius. Another issue they handled extremely well that put my local office supply store to shame. My old computer contained my dissertation book that I wrote to earn my doctorate so I wanted my files transferred onto my newer computer but unfortunately, at that time I went to the wrong place-I went to my local office store that assured me it would be no problem. What a big mistake so I immediately drove all the way to Above and Beyond, formerly Tru Computer and it was no problem for them-they knew what to do and they had no problem getting all my files saved.

Ever since, I go to no one else, I go all the way back to Above and Beyond. I am sure they are prepared to go above and beyond in the future also. No matter where you live, it is worth the trip to take your precious computer to no one but...

I had a wonderful touch screen computer that I absolutely loved, unfortunately my kids got ahold of it and were streaming movie after movie and burnt my motherboard. One week later I was told my school was going online due to Covid, I immediately called Nate and within the week I had a brand new fully loaded Lenovo with all the bells and whistles to continue my schooling without interruption, not only did he get this amazing system for me he drove it to my house in Ohio. Nate isn’t just the owner of the company he truly is passionate about computers and continues to raise the bars in this industry. It’s not often you find the actual owners in their stores, but Nate most definitely sets his standards high and follows through with the delivery, so knowledgeable and if it’s something he may not know he will go the extra mile to find the information to what is being asked, I say all this not just because he’s my brother but because anyone whom has ever had the pleasure of meeting him will forever have a lasting impression!! Alexis, Nate, and Olio make a magnificent team and they all mesh well together Alexis is the backbone to Nate and I know he couldn’t ask for a better employee thank you so much for finding me the best computer to help me finish my schooling.
