Nick’s Pizza — Restaurant in Castle Shannon

Bad quality, bad customer service, no accountability for dirty/contaminated/stale food/virus or bacteria infested food. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch XL. When I arrived for pickup, they were just making my pizza when I arrived. If you want a waste of time, money, and the contents of your bowels to be exited from your stomach, go to Nicks Pizza. I attempted to eat this dirty contaminated virus or bacteria infested food three times, every time almost like clockwork it came out the other end. The pizza seemed a little undercooked when I started to eat it. The shop had flies flying around, and the kitchen looked absolutely filthy from the front counter. The cook had filth all over him. They said they only cooked the pizza for 10 minutes, to come back in 10. I called back explaining the situation to them, and they blame me for getting sick after eating their pizza. I asked the manager if I could speak to the owner, she said he wasn't available. I asked to give them another chance by offering a pizza either at cost or half off, to my surprise, they said no. I am so disappointed in my take out order from last night and the customer service received for an incorrect order. I ordered a 2 topping sausage and mushroom pizza, steak wedge, and wedding soup for my family last night on the slice app. The pizza I received was a half mushroom and half pepperoni. We don't eat much pepperoni because of stomach issues and we didn't want another incorrect order delivered to another customer so we informed the restaurant of the errors through the app. They would only refund is the $2 for the extra topping and no recompense for getting the order wrong and us literally unable to eat half of the pizza. Further, the crust of the pizza was both undercooked and extremely dense with no rise at all. the steak wedge had good flavor but all the toppings were piled in the middle with about half being only crust. The wedding soup was extremely odd and viscous and the delivery driver pretty much threw the order down spilling the soup and crumbling the side of the pizza. I would give 0 stars if I could. The staff is rude and the food underwhelming. We have tried various menu items and have been disappointed with nearly everything. The burger has an overwhelming oregano taste, the fish sandwich was mushy, the Mac and cheese tasted like stale canned cheese, every salad we have ordered has had slimy lettuce, and the sauce for pizza is too sweet. I have commented on some of the items and was dismissed and told that the regular customers love the food. Well count me out as a regular customer. I have never dealt with a more mismanaged disrespectful establishment. My friends and neighbors have all said similar things about this place.
