From our very first visit for the Meet and Greet, I was impressed by the professionalism and genuine care shown by the entire team. The staff displayed an exceptional level of warmth, attentiveness, and knowledge. Every team member clearly has a genuine love for animals and takes the time to get to know each dog individually. QQ isnāt always the friendliest to begin with, but he immediately felt comfortable, which is a testament to the positive and safe environment theyāve created.
They took the time to get to know QQās unique personality and needs, which immediately put me at ease. Trust me, when it comes to QQ, it isnāt easy. It was clear that this isnāt just a job for themāthey truly care about the well-being of every dog that walks through their doors.
The facility is clean, secure, and thoughtfully designed with both play and rest in mind. QQ especially enjoys the indoor areas where he can safely explore and socialize under close supervision. I really appreciate how the staff group dogs by size and temperamentāsomething thatās especially important for a small breed like QQ. The play areas are equipped with stimulating toys and activities, ensuring that dogs are not only entertained but also well-exercised.
Whether heās staying for the day or boarding overnight, I always receive updates and personalized feedback that reassure me heās in excellent hands. The teamās attention to detail, from his specific feeding routine to any special care instructions, gives me complete peace of mind.

First, during our initial 30-minute evaluation visit, there was an overwhelming smell of what was clearly a gas leak. Several other pet ownersāwho appeared to be regularsāactually turned around and took their dogs home because of how uneasy they felt. I brought this up to the staff, but they didnāt seem concerned. I was told they had ālet the manager know,ā but hadnāt heard back. No one took further action. In a situation involving a possible gas leak, anyone canāand shouldācall 911. Waiting for a manager isnāt an excuse when safety is involved.
Aside from that, the evaluation itself went fine. I boarded my dog from July 2ā5, and during that time I frequently checked the webcams provided for pet owners. Unfortunately, they were down more often than I was told to expect. I understand theyāre off during lunch and after hours, but the cameras were often unavailable outside of those times as well, making it difficult to check in on my dog.
The biggest issue came on the pickup day. I had been told the facility closed at 7:00 p.m., and the staff knew Iād be picking up on a Sunday. It wasnāt until I plugged the address into my GPS that I saw they closed earlier on Sundays. Had I not caught this, I wouldāve missed pickup and been charged for an extra nightābecause of incorrect information they gave me. I called and had to advocate persistently for someone to stay a little later so I could get my dog the same day. Thankfully, someone did stay an extra 30 minutes, but it took far more effort than it should have.
Overall, the experience was riddled with poor communication, unreliable technology, and a general lack of professionalism from the staff. I will not be bringing my dog back here and do not feel confident recommending this location to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place is incredible! Quick backstory: our pets have been going to different daycares without issues. The last place we took our pets to left our furbabies with trauma. We hesitated to bring them again to a daycare. It has been 6 months. Current: Our pups are full of energy and can only do so much in the heat and the size of our yard. After Dogtopia was recommended by a friend and current customer, I did some research and by the reviews and structure, we had to give it go. Scheduled the meet and greet for the next day. My pups were scared walking in and an employee ran out to help. I explained to them our previous experience at another facility, they listened they heard and understood. The love and attention the entire staff was giving my babies in their lobby to make them feel comfortable, put me at ease and I knew this was our new home. I was assured they would not bombard my pups with multiple dogs and ease them in for comfort (not the experience at the last facility- which is why they have the trauma). ALL STAFF HAS BEEN TRAINED TO HANDLE DOGS AND HAVE 90+ HOURS OF TRAINING. Coming from a management position, the amount of teamwork I'm seeing and customer service is a business dream! Mikaya has been working with my pups to get them acclimated to a new and safe environment. Russel the GM came out to introduce himself and has also been helping with my pups. Even speaking with and getting educated on their philosophy by Marc the Regional Manager. When I have come to pick my pups up, I'm being helped to the car. Of course I signed up for their membership, a no brainer. We did 2 days a week and they have several other options to fit all budgets and pup needs. They have a clean facility and have a grooming room. We will be taking advantage of that too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you...
