We were out running errands and wanted a nice cool treat before we went back home to get ready for the work week, we placed a mobile order and got there a few minutes before it was ready. My boyfriend went in to grab our order, and was waiting for a while before he was even given our order. When he finally got it, it was pulled out of a fridge where they store the sno directly after making them… he got to the car and I open the lid on mine and immediately saw that it was wrong. I had gotten a sugar, free Bahama Rama Mama, and could immediately see that there was tropic cream on top (it’s visible to see even when it melts on top) and that the sno itself was EXTREMELY melted. my boyfriend went back in to let them know that it was missing. He was met with a worker who told him something to the extent of “well it could’ve melted down, sometimes that just happens” and kind of just blew it off. He didn’t feel like arguing, so he just took it and left when we got home and I got down to the bottom of the sno, I then realized it was also missing the ice cream that was also an up charge….. (i know it didn’t melt because it normally takes a while for me to eat these and i have even put it in the fridge before finishing it and the ice cream has always still been intact) needless to say don’t order mobile…. they dont pay attention and dont seem to care. We probably would have gone twice as many times if it wasn’t for the ridiculous wait that you have to deal with every time you go. It’s borderline 2-3 stars with the wait, solid 4 without it. If you see 3+ cars in the drive thru, save yourself 15 minutes and order inside.

As I stated above, if you see 3+ cars in the drive through, go inside. You will likely get your order submitted before those in the drive thru. We’ve spent 25 minutes in the drive thru when we were the 3rd car in line, on more than one occasion.

We placed an online order for two shaved ice and a smoothie. We waited 20 minutes, the online pickup time said 15, we arrived and waited another 15 for our shaved ice. I took a couple bites on the way home and it tasted mostly of ice, very light on the grape. Walked into the house and dug about halfway into the small shaved ice and it was nothing but flavorless ice. I called the location and the made a generous offer of refunding my single shaved ice. So I get to sit here, 40 minutes gone waiting for my order, and watch my family eat their mediocre shaved ice, thanks a bunch. You’d think that after robbing someone of an hour wait time, you could accommodate more than $6, but that’s not the opinion of the owner.
