I have been getting contacts at this place for the past few years and they have been very reliable except for my order on August 2 of this year, Normally, it takes less than 2 weeks before I get my contacts. But this time it took a month and I had been going by asking if my order was in and their answer was no, not yet. So I called and they said it was on backorder and they would text when it arrived. I kept checking and they said they had not arrived. today I went in and the associate said it was not in yet. I walked off because it was suppose to be in 3 days ago. I went back to check since i was shopping for other stuff and they checked and they were there they had arrived 3 days ago. I don't know who is running this place, but these folks are...

After my eyeglasses fell into my toddler's hands, they were savaged. I came to the Vision Center to get the frame fixed or replaced. Nothing doing. The frame was bent beyond repair. Worse, the frames had just been discontinued and there was nothing in stock. This stellar team moved mountains to get me these frames! Alexis, in particular, was exceptional. She called multiple stores, managed to source the now-discontinued frame, and had it shipped within 48 hours. I cannot thank this team enough for their resourcefulness and dedication. They're amazing! Highly recommend...

Destiny was super amazing!! Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I have glasses from somewhere else and I hadn’t been wearing them because they were so uncomfortable!! Come to find out, for some reason they had men’s nose pads instead of women’s nose pads. Destiny was able to get everything fixed for me. Cindy, Alexis and Ashley are super sweet people as well, they’re always ready to great you as you walk by or walk inside their area. Definitely will be coming back to get some other glasses from them next time....
