Further update 2/17/2025 Stephanie, mentioned below is no longer with Metro ☹️ BUT Diana is my new hero there. I bought a refurbished, unlocked Samsung. Took it in today & she was able to transfer my info with no problem. Very friendly & knowledgeable. Update 9/28/22 Stephanie, again, saved the day. Having problems sending & receiving pics - she was able to quickly resolve the issues after I talked to someone else 2 wks ago that couldn't. So glad she is still there. Great service. I agree with previous review about sales associate, Stephanie, being very knowledgeable & helpful - give her a raise!
