Super cute store and really cool idea of designing your own necklace or bracelet. I gave it 4 stars out of 5 stars, only because I visited Brooklyn charms and they had soo much more charms to select from and it was WAY MORE affordable!! The charms in Brooklyn are $3-$12 and the charms at Charm Links start at $8. Overall, I love my necklace, but would probably make a trip to Brooklyn as the cost and experience were better for me.

**Update to owners response: I think everyone's experience is different and I'm not sure how you came up with your "girl math". BUT I didn't have to make an appointment at Brooklyn Charm and I walked in immediately with 0 wait time. I waited an hour for them to put it together and waited 50 minutes at Charm Link, so its about the same.

I completely agree when you say quality over quantity. However, I spent $65 total for six charms and a nice bracelet in Brooklyn, and the pieces are more unique and have not tarnished, yet.. At Charm Link, I spent almost $200 for six charms and the necklace of my choice. In addition the necklace closure piece is not great quality and small IMO. I booked an appointment for July 11, 2024. Upon arrival I was asked if I was a walk-in or had an appointment. I replied that I have an appointment for the charm bar. Then had to wait again for assistance. The person was not very warm or welcoming. We were totally ignored and then rushed through the charm bar process. Never was there an explanation of the difference between a charm bracelet and a permanent bracelet. I thought this would be a personable experience, however the atmosphere was very cold and unfriendly. There were others who arrived after me and were treated with hospitality, kindness and respect. Something that we did not receive at all. For the amount that I spent, the treatment we received should have been 100 percent better.
