I had been wanting to get my nose pierced. It just so happened that my daughter's nose ring fell out while she was sleeping and she could not get it back in, nor could I. So, I figured I would take her to have hers re-pierced and I would also get mine done. I was not happy with the place that did her original piercing, so I did not want to return there. I found Clove Piercing & Fine Jewelry online and thought I would give them a try.

From the moment we walked in, I felt very welcome. The receptionist was helpful to answer my questions. It was pretty busy that day and there were several customers waiting, but Atom (who was working solo that day) was very pleasant and took his time to ensure that everyone was being taken care of. Atom took the time to speak with myself and my daughter about our piercings and what we wanted. Atom did not try to upsell anything, but allowed us to make a decision without feeling pressured to buy anything.

Atom advised us that he would attempt to reopen my daughters hole in her nose that was previously there, instead of re-piercing the nose again, as she wanted to keep it on the same side. He talked with her and made sure that she was comfortable and knew exactly what he was doing, before he did it and while doing it, at all times. He was able to get her original piercing re-opened and put her hoop back in for her!

Atom then took the time to explain to me what he was doing as he did my piercing.

My 5 year old has been hounding me about wanting her ears pierced and although I was nervous, I did my research and landed on Clove. We drove an hour to get there and it was well worth it. The girl at the front was very kind and informative and let my daughter pick out the earrings she wanted. My daughter was very nervous, but Atom was very kind and patient with my daughter. He was thorough in explaining his steps and showing her everything he was doing. The first one shocked her a bit and I could tell she really wanted the other one, but did not want to do it again. He was also patient with me as I pulled out every trick I could think of to get her to finish the job. Right as he was about to put everything away and clean up, she got back in the chair and she is so happy she did. Atom coached us on aftercare and offered follow up for jewelry changes or just help, in general. We are currently going through the phone book and FaceTiming everyone she knows to show off her new earrings. I only rate places if they are really good or really terrible. And this place is a must if you want to get any piercings. We took my daughter to get her nose pierced for her 15th birthday. And my niece to get her lip done. Both Atom and Katelyn were super professional, patient, kind and took the time to explain everything from the paper work to the piercings and the after care. I have gone to many tattoo/ piercing studios and I'm so glad I did some searching and found this place for my daughters first experience. 10/10 highly recommend this place.

I'm editing this because I took my daughter again today for another piercing. And another wonderful,positive experience. The owners and staff as always are amazing , professional, and just fun to be around. Plus they are super clean. And make sure they take the time to explain everything they are doing and going to do.
