Very disappointed in the customer service my son and I have received from this location. We went in on Sunday to order a suit. First thing we noticed about the employee who assisted us was the strong smell of marijuana. We were on a tight deadline to get this suit and it had to be ordered so we asked if we would be able to get the suit and have any alterations that needed to be done by this Sunday. He assured us that would be no problem.We hadn't heard anything from the store if the suit had arrived so I called yesterday to inquire. I asked the gentleman who answered the phone if it had arrived yet and he asked me when it was ordered and I told him on Sunday. He didn't bother to actually look anything up simply told me it would be Wednesday or Thursday. My son called later that day and the same person answered and he gave him the same response so my son asked him to actually look to see if it had arrived and it had that morning. He was told they had been very busy and hadn't had time to go through the shipment. He picked up the suit this afternoon and was told the alterations would take 2 to 3 weeks. When we ordered the suit we were told it would no problem to get the suit in and have it altered before Sunday. Very poor customer service at this location but I guess that's to be expected when you're dealing with stoned employees. Not the treatment we expected from this establishment. Read moreThree weeks prior to New Year's Eve 2021 I had arranged for a tux from Jose Banks to be delivered to Eau Palm Beach Resort. I was assured from the store manager that they deliver tuxes by FedEx all the time and not to worry. On December 31, 2021 at 9:00 am I phone Jose Banks and spoke with Justin for a status update as to when my tux may be delivered. The response was we can't track it but, it should be there any time now. At 2:00 pm I phoned back to Jose Banks and was told we are unable to locate your tux. Luckily I drove down to FL from VA and had a vehicle to be able to find the local Men's Wearhouse. Fortunately, Joe Rosado, the store manager was working on that Saturday and began helping me in between his existing customers. Within a hour Mr. Rosado was able to put together a complete tux for me. I was able to get back to the resort and on the transportation vehicle to Mar-A-Lago. My sincere appreciation to Mr. Rosado at Men's Wearhouse for his immediate attention towards my anxiety ridden moment. He made my New Year's for 2022. Read moreThree out of five of my groomsmen tuxedos were messed up. We were fitted two months before the wedding and they sent incorrect sized items to all of us. One of my groomsmen was sent pants that came halfway up his shins. One, wasn’t sent pants at all and the ones they overnighted were 16 sizes too big. They had to overnight yet another pair and he had to pick them up two hours before the wedding. They sent me shoes three sizes too big. I don’t understand the problem, they have our sizes written down, it’s not that hard to send the correct thing. My wedding day was supposed to be a happy day, but instead I spent it stressing about whether or not one of my groomsmen would be wearing pants or not.
I would give the employees 4 stars for their assistance and I felt like they did want to make it right. The company however gets 1 Star.
