I went for a birthday party so I’m not able to comment on pricing. However,

PROS: The way they handle security.

All of the women working were very kind and patient with all of the kids. -like unbelievably kind and patient.

Mostly clean (I’ll explain in the cons). The staff did do their best to keep the stations clean and I didn’t see anything on floor.

CONS:

It did take over an hour to clear one of the party tables so my one and four year old kept attempting to eat and drink half eaten cupcakes and drinks off the table next to us.

My four year old is autistic (nonverbal). During our visit there were several other children with VISIBLE disabilities and they were not treated differently from any other child, which is amazing. However, my son seen a few children on the trampoline area and there was an older white male who looked like the manager that was blocking the entrance. I understood only certain kids who I’m assuming paid to be in that area could go in. My son wasn’t touching the man trying to get in and obviously he wasn’t verbally harassing him to get in… he was just hanging out on the steps. I tried multiple times to direct my son to play with other things but he kept running back to the steps. Finally I just let him sit there because he wasn’t bothering anyone and the man was going to stand there regardless to assure other kids didn’t get in. I joked around with him saying “he’s determined to get in” and the man didn’t say anything. I walked away for a few seconds and when I came back I heard him screaming at my son “come on man get off!” In the most aggressive way. This really changed my view on this place from that moment. I didn’t feel the need to break down to him my son’s autism because he’s just a four year old. Regardless of anything why was this man screaming at a child. Also, if he was the manager he could really learn from his staff on how to act around children. Makes no sense working at a kids arcade and getting that worked up over one...

Sheesh! I am not sure if there has been a complete staff replacement but based on previous reviews they need the old staff back. The guy running the register was in a more dapper uni so I can only assume he had some type of title and he was the WORST. Took our order for a party sampler $20- we received 4 nuggets, 8 fries, 2 celery stocks, and a half order of burnt garlic bread..mind you..had I not recognized our order sitting in the window we would have waited even longer than the 25 min we already waited. Naturally, we complained about our $20 Tease Platter..and the manager came out and said it was in fact wrong and we should have double the amount we received and said give her 5 min and we will have the rest of our platter. Welp- 35 min later we've already reached the cake and present part of the night and no one was interested in the food...so I go to the counter and ask where is it..as I noticed the kitchen staff grubbing away one what seemed to be the rest of it. He says.."oh, we just fired the guy that is causing all the problem. We've been dealing with his issues for two weeks and just fired him".. ok.. IRRELEVANT. The fired employee wasn't the one who took our order or the one who promised a 5 min wait for it. At this point...I request my $$ back...and the manager (female)..while she was trying to process my refund was being interrupted continuously by one employee asking if she can cook herself a pizza and the other one not needing her to help her to complete her own task.. it was just a hot diggity mess from the start. Employees working in a fast paced child oriented business..NEED to be friendly, excited , and efficient. If you are running the food registers you need to know the menu , if you are on the floor with the customers you need to engage cheerfully. This crew must've been trained by some CO's of a maximum security.prison because there was NO...

kids had a blast and service was decent but the drink prices are outrageous and I had to leave with two car fulls of sad kids bc it wasnt explained to us before hand that they wouldn't be receiving their prices that day and would have to come back. we drove two vehicles over an hour to go and all the kids waited in line to redeem their tickets for a prize reciept then waited again in line to select their prizes just to be told no. then they had to wait in line again so we could write down everyones name and what they wanted so we could make sure to get each kid the correct prizes. by the time this was all done they were all tired, cranky, and hungry again. So after using the potty and getting all 8kids back in the cars we still had over an hour drive back plus had to hit a drive-thru (and of course half of the kids had to pee again) and the next morning was hell bc everyone was 2-3hours past bed time when the extra hour spent there could've been avoided if we'd just been notified about the prize issue before hand. Also the machines didn't give kids their tickets several times so we kept having to getsomeone to fix it and there's only ONE EMPLOYEE that can fix that one person at the food counter and one person at prizes. My kid had to get get an employee to come let me back in after i ran outside to get the diaper bag bc i stood at the door for several minutes ignored. I was ignored at the food counter once as well bc two female employees were finishing their conversation before tending to the needs of customers. but the kids had a blast and got some...

We were there for a birthday party and in this Covid atmosphere, I was fairly impressed for where we were and understanding that we took the chances to be social during this time. First, we were there early so we beat the dinner rush but there were still probably 30-40 people there. It didn't feel crowded but the games were limited to which ones would be turned on so that you could not play close together. Ski-Ball only had 2 machines active, for example, but the last time I was there several games were missing all the balls so maybe not a huge change. Anyway, the cards were a welcomed change from carrying coins and tickets. I think they were in action last year when we went (so pre-pandemic as well) but having multiple kids to keep up with, this was great! Mid-way through the party the customer base picked up. The employees were polite but you could tell that it had been a long day. Lines were long and frustrations rose as more came in. I was curious as to how they'd do the door hand stamp so the selfie was a cute option- very smart. All in all, it was the typical CEC experience with all the noise, lights, birthday shenanigans, and games. My only suggestion would be that they may need more help behind the scenes. The party was smooth and the kids had fun. Does anything else matter? 🤪

I took my 6 year old son here last night for a fundraiser for his school. His 13 year old brother also went with us. There was a football game which took money off my son' play card and his friend's play card but would not allow them to play the game because the footballs were stuck. I told someone that worked there in the front what had happened and they immediately sent a manager over to fix the game. All the employees were very friendly. The place was neat and clean. The kids had a great time and we only spent $15 on play tokens. We also had my son's birthday party here when he turned 5 years old. We also had a great experience that day. So, I would definitely give this Chucky Cheese a 5 star. I highly recommend a birthday party here or just a fun day or night out with the kids! 🙂

Check in and out is streamlined and more efficient. Everyone who works there is incredibly helpful, friendly and patient. Chuck E Cheese did a phenomenal job dancing with the kids and taking pix. The food is ok. Vegetarian pizza was decent. However, absolutely everything is an add on - even the"ball pit/trampoline thing" is an extra $10 per child, which seems excessive. Not sure about the value. We ordered pizza and wings - there were only FOUR wings, some celery and some cheesy bread!!! One adult and three kids cost well over $120 on a Thursday evening. And, to my surprise and massive disappointment, nothing was dipped in gold! Also, sadly, all they have are Pepsi products. Gross...
