Mixrz Soda Shop — Local services in Cedar City

Update 3 years later: I originally gave Mixerz 5/5 because I actually love their drink combos. However, I have updated my review today 3/23 and removed 1 star for how rude the staff was today and the 3 things that shouldn't have happened.

3/23 me and my girls try and go back to Mixerz after 2 previous incidents with rude staff. My issues today #1 they took our order in the drive through by the sign with a hand held and told me they couldn't take our loyalty number even though there was only 1 person at the window. Not like they were busy #2 girl refused to take my debit card that didn't have tap but has a strip and a chip so I had to use my credit card. #3 I explicitly told her numerous times I took my insulin today and I would like a Simply Sunshine NO lemonade water & fruit only. When I got my drink it was made with lemonade NOT just water and fruit. By this time there were 4 cars in the drive through and I didn't want to wait in line a second time to have them remake it after obviously their attitudes today told me they hate their jobs.

I probably won't go back again. I'll have to find a new drink place. I miss...

We go every Friday to get their Hot Chocolate. It is the best Warm sweet drink I’ve ever had.

I love the Warm hearted. They put in the perfect amount of butterscotch and cream. The biggest downside is that the drink needs time to cool, otherwise it will burn your tongue.

My wife usually gets the Autumn Giant & Perfectly Peppermint, and she has never had a problem.

The employees are always friendly and helpful. The only other problems we have noticed is that the drive through is a little wonky and sometimes the hot chocolate lids don’t stay on the cup, but these are small things that the drinks quality makes up for.

We love their rewards program, and get free drinks every now and then.

Since this business won’t approve or allow my original review to be posted, I am leaving another review so that people will actually know how disappointing and disgusting this place is. I will say I was really enjoying my cookie from here until I got a looong hair in one of my side bites unravel in my mouth; immediately spit up the cookie remaining in my mouth and wanted to throw up what I had eaten. Definitely will never get a cookie from there again. Also after drinking my drink that was suppose to have Dr Pepper in it (I ordered Cam the Blam) it most definitely tasted like coke, which I do not like at all. Just sad because I was looking forward to that drink; especially...
