Slurps Up — Restaurant in Cedar City

TERRIBLE customer service. After being a loyal customer for 2 years, they made my drink horribly (tasted like vomit) and when we called to have them make it right they said they would. Came back the next day (because life gets busy) and wanted a different drink because I’m pregnant and cravings change (the different drink was also a cheaper one than the one they originally messed up) and they said it was ONLY for the original drink. They made it wrong AGAIN and chewed my husband out for not coming back the same day. Well, joke is on you, slurps up because we will NEVER come back. Soda Nerd takes much better care of its customers and they make the drinks right...

The shaved ice is not at all what it says. It's crushed ice, so more like an Icee. The flavored syrups seem to be of poor quality because they had very little actual flavor. Maybe bought off Temu? The Tigers Blood did taste like it was supposed to but severely muted. I think the ice machine needs to be cleaned because the ice tasted like warm water drank from an old tin can found by the railroad tracks. The girl that helped me was very nice and super quick and the only good thing about my visit. So I paid almost $15 for two cups of dirty ice lol....

Employees were extremely rude. I understand having a bad day but this has happened several times before. First employee acted like it was a inconvenience to help a paying customer. It was raining, she had her card reader (expecting a card) in hand and closed the window when I went to give her cash? A different girl came to the window a few minutes later and took my money then told me they were out of large cups.... after I paid and handed out the drinks? I said I would have went somewhere else had I known then she...
